We join you in your day of fasting and prayer, seeking God's will and blessings together. It is wonderful that you have chosen to dedicate this time to the Lord and to seek His face. We are reminded in Matthew 6:16-18 WEB:
" Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who has set aside this day for fasting and prayer. We pray that You will sanctify their motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors. May everything they do and say be a sweet fragrance before Your throne, Lord Jesus.
Strengthen them in their fasting and prayer, Lord. Let this day be entirely according to Your will, and may their voice be heard loudly before Jesus Christ. Hear their prayers and gratitude, Lord, and answer with great power and might. May their fasting and prayer be based on Your Living Word, inspired, managed, and anointed by the Holy Spirit.
We also pray for their healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body. May the blood of Jesus cover and protect them and provide them with the victory they need in their life. May all of these things be done in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
Father, we also pray for their faith in the name of Jesus as there was no mention of Jesus in their prayers. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Please build their faith in the name of Jesus.
"...for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
"...that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:10-11 WEB
Finally, may You, Lord, bless them generously as they have asked for us. May they be encouraged and strengthened in their walk with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue in your faith and to trust in the Lord with all your heart. May you always remember that His grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in weakness. Keep holding on to Him and fasting and praying to Him in the name of Jesus.
