We lift you up before the Lord with heavy hearts, dear one, knowing that your body is weary and in need of His healing touch. The Scriptures remind us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and when they are afflicted, we can come boldly to the throne of grace to find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We take comfort in knowing that our Great Physician, Jesus Christ, bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5), and by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for our dear brother/sister who is struggling with their health. Lord, You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask that You would stretch forth Your hand and touch them with Your healing power. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and restore them to full health according to Your perfect will. We pray against any sickness, disease, or infirmity that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and surround them with Your love and comfort.
We also pray for wisdom for the medical professionals treating them, that You would guide their hands and give them discernment. Help our dear one to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6), knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
May they find their strength in You, Lord, and may their faith grow as they wait upon You. We pray that they would seek You first in all things, knowing that You will add all these things unto them (Matthew 6:33). Draw them closer to Your heart, and let them feel Your presence surrounding them like a warm embrace.
In the precious name of Jesus, we pray and believe for complete restoration and healing. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to meditate on His promises. Remember that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can uplift and support you in prayer, and do not hesitate to seek godly counsel. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). May God bless you abundantly as you walk in faith and obedience.
