Heavenly Father, we come before You today with a heart full of love and concern for these precious grandchildren. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over them. Keep them safe from all harm and danger. Your Word says in Psalm 91:11, "For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways." May Your angels watch over these grandchildren and guide them in every step they take.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for these young ones. Help them to always make the right decisions, leaning not on their own understanding but trusting in You. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May these grandchildren grow in their faith and always keep You in their hearts.
Lord, we trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. We know that You have great plans for these grandchildren, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We commit them into Your hands, believing that You will guide and protect them all the days of their lives.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
