We join you in lifting up your family and your child to our Heavenly Father, who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. It is wonderful that you called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* We claim this promise over your child and your entire family as you travel, trusting that God’s protection and healing power are at work.
The pain your child is experiencing is a cause for concern, and we pray earnestly that the Lord would bring swift relief and restoration. James 5:14-15 encourages us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* While you may not have elders present, we stand in agreement with you, praying in faith for your child’s complete recovery. We also encourage you to seek medical attention if you haven’t already, as God often uses the wisdom and skills of doctors to bring about healing.
In moments like these, it is easy to be overwhelmed by fear, but we are reminded in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Let us trust in the Lord’s sovereignty and rest in His peace, which surpasses all understanding. We pray that you and your family would feel His presence strongly, knowing that He is with you every step of this journey.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their precious child who is in pain. Lord, we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and bring healing and comfort to this little one. Remove every trace of sickness and restore them to full health, that they may continue this journey with joy and strength. We pray for Your protective hand over the entire family as they travel—guard them from every danger, seen and unseen. Surround them with Your angels and let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, fill their hearts. Lord, we trust in Your goodness and Your power to act on their behalf. May this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness and love. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.
We will continue to keep your family in our prayers, trusting that the Lord is working all things together for your good. Please let us know how your child is doing and if there are any updates or additional ways we can pray for you. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you.
