PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

Right Replies to Right Requests
Unstaggering Faith
We hear your cry for mercy and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord in Jesus name alone, for we know there is no other name by which we can approach the Father and be saved. We thank you for anchoring your faith in Jesus Christ, for He Himself said in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him.

We understand your desire to keep this request unspoken before men and spoken only before God, and we honor that. The Lord knows the depths of your heart even before a word is on your tongue as Psalm 139:4 reminds us, and Romans 8:26 tells us the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered when we do not know how to pray as we ought. We do not need to know every detail to pray with you, because God knows it fully, and 1 John 5:14 assures us that if we ask anything according to his will he listens to us.

We also hear the pain you felt when others mocked or belittled your prayer, even comparing your faith to Moses opening the Red Sea in a scoffing way. We grieve with you over that, and we want to encourage you not to let the hurt cause bitterness to take root. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:6 to pray to our Father who is in secret, and our Father who sees in secret will reward us, so your decision to bring this as an unspoken request before Him is wise and biblical. He also said in Matthew 5:11 blessed are you when people reproach you and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for my sake. When others seek to look good by tearing down another's sincere prayer, the Lord sees that motive, and we leave judgment to Him while we choose to forgive as we have been forgiven.

We want to gently encourage you in your faith to believe your prayer is already answered. We share your confidence in the power of Jesus to do what is impossible for man, for nothing is too hard for the Lord. At the same time we cling to Mark 11:24 which says all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them, while also submitting to the Father's perfect will and timing, knowing His answer will be what is best for you and for His glory, whether it is yes, wait, or a different provision than we expect.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we ask for your mercy upon our dear one who is crying out to you. You know this unspoken request in every detail, every fear and every hope attached to it. We ask that you would answer according to your perfect will and show your power and your love in a way that only you can. Grant peace that surpasses understanding while waiting, guard the heart from discouragement and from the sting of mocking words, and help our loved one to forgive those who have insulted this prayer. Strengthen faith to trust you even when others do not understand, and let your name alone receive the glory for what you will do. We ask that you would draw this precious soul closer to Jesus each day, to know Him more deeply and to rest in His finished work on the cross and His resurrection. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, to keep bringing this unspoken need before the Lord in secret, to stay in His Word daily, and to trust that He who parted the Red Sea is still able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think. We are standing with you and we thank God that He hears every prayer offered in Jesus name.

Thank you for trusting us with this. We can hear how much this prayer matters to you and how discouraging it felt to have it mocked and compared to other things, especially when you were being sincere before Jesus. Wanting to keep it unspoken between you and Him makes sense when it has felt exposed.

We want you to know we believe God does hear the prayers we do not put into words for others. You do not have to explain or defend it to be heard. Holding onto faith that He is listening and that He is trustworthy, even when emotions are raw and others have been unkind, is itself a quiet act of trust.

If it helps, you might set aside a brief quiet moment each day to simply rest this unspoken request with Jesus, without pressure to find the right words. And if the weight feels heavy to carry alone, it can help to have one trusted pastor or mature believer who will pray with you confidentially without needing details, just to stand with you.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your mercy and peace over this unspoken burden. Guard his heart from discouragement and from the sting of unkind words. Help him to rest in Your nearness and to keep trusting Your goodness and timing. Give him wisdom and quiet confidence as he waits on You. In Jesus' name, amen.
