PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear your heart’s cry and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are right to affirm that only through Him do we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and only in His name can true deliverance and mercy be found. The Word declares, "Whatever you will ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (John 14:13 WEB). We take hold of this promise with you, believing that your prayer, spoken or unspoken, has already been heard by the One who knows the deepest longings of your heart before you even utter them (Psalm 139:4).

The enemy seeks to sow discord, doubt, and division even in sacred spaces of prayer, but we rebuke every spirit of mockery, belittlement, and self-exaltation that has sought to undermine your faith. The Word warns, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil" (Isaiah 5:20 WEB), and we stand against any voice that would twist truth to serve pride rather than humility. Let us not be shaken by the scorn of those who do not understand the power of prayer, for "the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God" (1 Corinthians 3:19 WEB). Instead, we fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), who Himself endured the cross, despising its shame, for the joy set before Him.

We pray now for your protection and peace, that the Lord would surround you with His angels and shield your heart from the arrows of doubt and discouragement. May the Holy Spirit fill you with a fresh assurance that your prayers are not only heard but are being worked out in ways beyond your understanding. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," says Yahweh. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Trust in His timing and His perfect will, even when the path is unseen.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We ask that You would silence every voice of accusation and pride that seeks to exalt itself above Your truth. Strengthen this dear one in their faith, reminding them that You are a God who parts seas, not just for Moses, but for all who call upon Your name in faith. Let them walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when the enemy seeks to distract or discourage. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them rest in the knowledge that You are their defender and their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10).

We also pray for those who have spoken in mockery or pride. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. Let them see the folly of their ways and turn to You in humility, for "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6 WEB). May they come to know the power of prayer and the authority of Your name, Jesus, which is above every name (Philippians 2:9-11).

Above all, we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, You, Lord, will condemn. We stand in agreement with you, believing that your prayer is already answered according to God’s perfect will. Walk in faith, dear one, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Keep your heart steadfast, and let your trust in Him be unwavering. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

It’s painful when you lay your heart bare before God and then feel that others trample on that sacred space. We’re truly sorry you’ve been carrying that sting.

You don’t need to find perfect words or defend your prayer. The Spirit who searches our hearts knows the deep cry that words can’t carry, and He intercedes with groans too deep for speech. That truth doesn’t make the mockery hurt less, but it does let you rest: your prayer is safely held by the One who never sneers. Sometimes the enemy uses discouragement and ridicule to make us question whether we’ve been heard, don’t let that seed take root.

When everything in you wants to believe that mercy has already been extended, that longing itself is a gift of faith. Treasure it quietly. A simple, unhurried time of stillness before the Lord can become a shelter where you stop explaining and simply trust. You’re not ignoring the pain; you’re bringing it into the light of His knowing. And you don’t stand alone. We are standing with you, believing that the same Jesus who was mocked and misunderstood holds you and your unspoken request in perfect, tender mercy.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to surround this dear pray-er with Your peace. Quiet the noise of mockery, and let the quiet confidence that You have heard be stronger than any fear. Shield their heart and help them rest in Your unshakable care. We trust You with every unspoken need, in Your name.

The unspoken prayer is not hidden from Him who searches the heart. Great prayer has ever been the forerunner of great mercy, and when the lips cannot frame the petition, the groanings of the spirit are a language well understood at the throne. That malicious element which scoffs and makes sport of holy wrestlings, did they not also wag their heads at our suffering Savior, crying, “He trusted on the Lord that He would deliver Him; let Him deliver Him, seeing He delighted in Him”? We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us. Their scorn touches the prelude of mercy; let it fall as a sparrow on the housetop.

Believe that you have received, and it shall be yours. The feeble prayer which we ourselves despise is nursed in the heart of God and returns to us a full-grown blessing. Wait not for sight; believing is seeing. The peace which comes by mere trusting in Jesus is no mockery, it is a well-founded peace, anchored in the Word that cannot lie. Your hope lies in the altogether gratuitous mercy of God, and that mercy comes only to those who rest in Jesus Christ alone. Then rest, and let no scorner tear away your grip upon the promises. Prayer, mighty prayer, shall yet prevail if it has but time.

Let your prayer be fervent, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Though you feel your faith is small, yet He who answers at the tick of wisdom’s clock shall appear for you. Lay the promise before Him and then offer the prayer, and it shall be answered as sure as God is God. Mockers may howl around the mercy seat, but the door stands open. The invitation is not scorn or sarcasm; it is the genuine call of a willing Father. Behold, the thing proceeds from the Lord: He knows what this prayer is about, and in His time the answer shall be clear. Peace in believing will fill your soul and drown the fear of man’s ridicule. Your very importunity is the shadow of coming mercy.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry for mercy is never in vain when it rises from a heart that truly knows its need. Those men who came to Jesus crying aloud nothing else but “mercy” did not come with eloquent speeches, nor did they argue among themselves about who might insult them or make light of their faith. They knew only that they were blind, and that the One they called upon could open their eyes. Their very earnestness was their defense. You, too, have done rightly to turn to Jesus alone. When others mock, remember that the enemy always prowls where grace is at work, seeking to sow discouragement. But Christ does not need the approval of men to hear your prayer; He knows what is in the heart before it is spoken.

Do not let the mockery of those who compare your trust to the parting of the Red Sea trouble you. Such comparisons are often the darts of pride, meant to puff up the speaker rather than to wound the faithful. Even if there were truth mixed with the scorn, the spirit of derision does not come from above. The Lord hears the broken cry, not the clever quip. Stand firm, then, and do not be ashamed that your prayer is unspoken. God who sees in secret understands every groan. Indeed, He has no need that we spell out our requests in full; He would have us come with confidence, not with a catalogue. The prayer that says, “Father, Thy will be done,” is often the most powerful.

Yet while you trust in Christ alone, do not neglect your own part. Prayer is a great weapon, but we must also prepare our souls for the mercy we ask. For if we pray for mercy, we must be merciful ourselves. If we ask forgiveness, we must forgive. It is a terrible thing to call upon God with lips of mercy while the heart is full of anger or pride. You have perceived that some have come not to build up but to tear down. Guard your own spirit, that you do not fall into the same snare by resenting them. To be free from the passion of revenge is itself a gift of grace that opens the door to greater mercies.

And do not think that because you have been told your prayer must be secret, God is far off. He is nearer to the humble soul than the very air we breathe. The saints of old were great in faith, yet they needed prayer; how much more do we? If Paul himself did not say, “What need have I of prayer?” shall we imagine we have arrived? The moment a man thinks he has no need, he is in the greatest danger. So continue in prayer, both spoken and unspoken, adding to your faith works of love and patient endurance. This is the impregnable wall, the tower unshaken. The Lord never despises the sigh of the contrite, and He who opened the Red Sea is able to open a way where no way seems possible. Only do not despair when the answer tarries, and do not measure God’s hearing by the scorn of onlookers. He hears always, and He knows that you believe.

It takes real faith to cry out, “Jesus, have mercy on me,” when everything around you seems to push you down. The crowds around the blind man outside Jericho told him to be quiet, but he only cried out louder: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” And Jesus stopped. He called him near and restored his sight, because his faith would not be silenced.

Your request is rooted in that same kind of desperation. You already sense that Jesus alone can do what you are asking, and you are right. He knows the whole situation before a word is even on your tongue. The Canaanite mother came pleading for her tormented daughter, and Jesus appeared to delay and even push her away. Yet he was never indifferent. He was drawing out a faith so deep and tenacious that he could point to it and say, “Great is your faith. Be it unto you even as you will.” She refused to go away without receiving what only he could give.

The attacks you mentioned, the mocking that tried to embarrass your prayer, sting deeply. But remember that the power does not rest in the eloquence of your words or the approval of those listening. The power is in the name of Jesus. Others might not understand the helpless, childlike place you are in, but that place is exactly where mercy meets you. The father knows what you need before you ask. An unspoken prayer is still a prayer. He heard the silent groaning of Hannah’s heart and answered. He will hear yours.

Hold tightly to your conviction that your prayer has already been answered. That is not presumption; it is the very nature of faith, taking hold of the promise before anything changes in the visible world. Abraham staggered not at the promise but believed, and God counted it to him for righteousness. Righteousness never came through perfect behavior or convincing arguments; it comes through trusting Jesus Christ. That trust is what makes you whole.

No one who stakes everything on Jesus will be put to shame. The desperation you feel is not a sign to let go but a sign to sink your roots deeper into his mercy. Grace and peace and mercy are yours, not because you deserve them, but because Jesus is full of them. When you cannot find words, the Spirit intercedes. When other voices try to silence you, your stillness before God remains louder to his ears than all the noise. He sees the parted waters ahead, even if right now you only see the sea crashing at your feet.

Keep believing. Keep resting your whole weight on him. The answer may unfold in a way you did not expect, but his mercy is already moving.
