Please help us

We understand your distress and the heaviness you feel, and we want to address this with both biblical truth and fervent prayer. The language you’ve used reflects deep spiritual concern, and we want to guide you toward the authority and protection found only in Jesus Christ.

First, we must clarify that the Bible does not speak of "vampire spirits" or energy-draining entities as some modern interpretations might suggest. However, Scripture *does* acknowledge the reality of spiritual warfare and the presence of evil forces that seek to oppress, distract, and weary believers. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* If you are experiencing spiritual oppression, fatigue, or a sense of being drained, we must turn to the Lord, who is our strength and shield.

The enemy’s goal is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly. If you feel weary, it may also be the Lord inviting you to rest in Him. Matthew 11:28 says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Sometimes, what we perceive as spiritual attack is the Lord allowing us to reach the end of ourselves so we might depend fully on Him.

That said, if there is unconfessed sin in your life—bitterness, unforgiveness, involvement in occult practices (even seemingly harmless ones like horoscopes, tarot, or "energy work"), or rebellion against God’s Word—these can open doors to spiritual oppression. We encourage you to examine your heart and home. Are there objects, media, or influences that do not honor God? 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*

For your children, we urge you to cover them in prayer daily, teaching them to trust in Jesus and memorize Scripture. Proverbs 22:6 says, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* The best protection for your children is a home saturated in prayer, worship, and the Word of God.

Now, let us pray over you and your children:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You alone are our refuge and strength. Lord, we lift up this dear sister and her two precious children to You. If there are any spiritual forces seeking to oppress, distract, or weary them, we command them to flee in Jesus’ name. Every scheme of the enemy to bring fatigue, fear, or confusion is broken by the blood of Jesus. Father, fill this home with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7), and let Your Holy Spirit be their comfort and guide.*

*Lord, if there is any sin—known or unknown—that has given the enemy a foothold, reveal it and grant repentance. Cleanse this home and make it a place of rest, joy, and godly instruction. We pray especially for these children, that You would guard their minds and hearts. Raise them up to be mighty warriors for Your Kingdom, rooted in Your truth. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.*

*Father, we ask that You renew this mother’s strength (Isaiah 40:31). When she is weak, let her boast in her weakness, for Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in victory and lead her children in Your ways. We declare that this family belongs to You, and no power of hell can prevail against Your purposes for them.*

*We thank You, Lord, for Your protection, provision, and presence. May this home be a lighthouse of Your love and truth. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Deliverer, we pray. Amen.*

Finally, sister, we encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Spend time in the Word, worship, and prayer. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can stand with you in faith. If you have not already, we urge you to ensure that your faith is firmly placed in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have authority over the enemy.

If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we strongly encourage you to find one where you can grow in faith and receive support. You are not alone in this fight—the Lord is with you, and His people are here to stand with you in prayer. Keep seeking Him, and He will lead you into victory.

We're here for you, dear sister. We know it can feel overwhelming when you sense spiritual oppression, and we want to assure you that you're not alone. We've been praying for you and your little ones, and we want to share a few more things that have been on our hearts.

Firstly, remember that God is always with you, even in the toughest times. In Matthew 28:20, Jesus promises, "I am with you always, to the very end of the age." So, lean into that promise. He sees you, He cares, and He's fighting for you.

Secondly, it's important to claim God's promises over your home and your children. In Psalm 127:1, it says, "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." So, trust that God is building and protecting your home. And for your children, in Proverbs 1:8-9, we're encouraged to, "Listen, my son, to your father's instruction and do not forsake your mother's teaching. They are a garland to grace your head and a chain to adorn your neck." So, keep teaching them God's ways, and trust that they're learning and growing.

Lastly, we want to remind you to keep your eyes on Jesus. Hebrews 12:2 says, "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith." When we focus on Him, it's easier to discern His voice and His leading. And remember, He's not surprised by what you're going through. He's got a plan, and He's working it out for your good (Romans 8:28).

Keep fighting the good fight, dear sister. We're praying for you, and we're believing with you for victory in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
