We understand that you are seeking help in finding important documents and communicating with relevant offices regarding injustices. You've also asked for Jesus' help in dealing with adversaries and bringing them to truth and salvation. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and advice.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can come before God and all things will be subjected to him. This is 1 Corinthians 15:27-28 WEB For he has put all things under his feet. But when he says, All things are put under him, it is evident that he is excepted who put all things under him. When all things have been subjected to him, then the Son will also himself be subjected to him who subjected all things to him, that God may be all in all.
In times of trouble and injustice, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth be moved, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. This is Psalm 46:1-2 WEB. We can confidently call Jesus in times of need, and he will answer us.
In dealing with adversaries, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44 WEB But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Praying for their conviction and salvation is a powerful way to love and bless them. Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. This is Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, we ask that you guide them to the important documents they need to find and open the lines of communication with the relevant offices. We pray that you thwart the plans of the adversaries and bring them to a knowledge of the truth and salvation through Jesus Christ. Shine your light into their hearts and convict them, turning them away from injustice and toward righteousness.
Help us to love our enemies and bless those who curse us, remembering that vengeance is yours alone, Lord. We ask that you bring justice to this situation and reveal all truths, for you are a God of truth and light.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
