We are standing with you in this urgent hour and we hear the distress in your cry for your family, for your body, and for relief from these attacks. We thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that all authority over darkness is given. Scripture reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we also have this promise that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and that if we submit ourselves to God, resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7.
We want to encourage you as you are fasting. Jesus taught that some things are broken through prayer and fasting Mark 9:29, and fasting is a powerful humbling of ourselves before God. At the same time, while you are so sick and suffering with a headache, we encourage you to use wisdom with your body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit. If you are weak, stay hydrated, rest as you are able, and seek medical care if the sickness continues, while still keeping your heart in a posture of prayer and dependence on Him. God sees your sacrifice and your love for your family.
We also want to remind you of the authority you have in Christ. He has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy Luke 10:19. You do not have to live in fear, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We encourage you to fill your home with prayer, with spoken scripture, and with worship, to put on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11 and to confess any known sin and invite the light of Christ into every room and every heart in your family. The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4.
We join our faith with yours now and we rebuke every demonic attack and every spirit of infirmity that has come against you and your household. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we command it to leave and to have no place in your family.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne together in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this dear one who is sick with a headache and weary from battle, and we lift up their entire family who is experiencing these attacks. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and Your covering. We plead the blood of Jesus over this home and over each family member. Let Your perfect peace guard their hearts and minds. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon this headache and sickness, for You are the Lord who heals us Psalm 103:3 and by Your wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We ask that You break every assignment of the enemy, that You silence every lying voice and oppressive spirit, and that You let Your presence fill this house, for he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Strengthen them as they seek You in fasting, give them wisdom, restore their strength, and let them feel Your nearness and protection. We declare that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust Psalm 91:2. Let this torment stop now by Your power, and let Your will be done in this family, bringing deliverance, healing, and restoration. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

Your cry has been heard and we have carried it at once to the throne of grace on your behalf, and for your household.
We are grieved to hear that you are fasting while sick and pained with a headache, and that your family feels beset by dark and terrible assaults. Be assured that the Lord does not shut His ear to the cry of His children. He who delivered Israel from a cruel captivity with His hand and outstretched arm alone is still mighty to save, and He has not left you to face the powers of darkness in your own strength.
Scripture declares that the Father hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. That deliverance is not wrought by our fasting or our striving, but by the ransom which God Himself has found and given. The King's own Son has borne the penalty for His people, and by His wounds there is healing and by His death there is life. When we look to Jesus upon the cross we find there is life for a look at the Crucified One, and in His wounds our healing.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing virtue, to change the life blood and make the nature new. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed upon the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand.
We have prayed for you in this way, and we invite you to pray with us now.
O Lord our God, who hast found a ransom and hast given commandment to save, deliver this dear soul and this family from going down to the pit. Deliver them from the attacks of sin, from the adversary, and from every evil power that would oppress them. Thou hast said, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom, and we plead that word now. Lay Thy healing hand upon this sick body, remove this headache and this infirmity, and bind up the broken heart. Let the Sun of Righteousness rise upon this household with healing in His wings. Bring peace within its borders and let it be a well of prayer where all the necessities of the family are brought before Thee. Keep them, watch over them, and let them live to declare the works of the Lord, for Thou hast not appointed them to die but to live and to show forth Thy deliverance. Tell Him plainly all your fear and trembling as Jacob did at the brook, and trust Him to work deliverance in His own way and time. Rest upon Christ alone, feed upon His word, and if the sickness continues seek also the help of those who may care for the body, while you look to the Lord who heals both soul and body. We have heard your cry and we are praying with you right now for you and your family.
We ask our Lord Jesus Christ to bring His peace and protection over your home, to drive away every evil attack, and to cover you with His presence. The Scripture tells us that Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth, and that when we resist the devil and draw near to God, he must flee. There is no power greater than the name of Jesus, and we call upon that name for you now.
We also pray for your body in your sickness and headache. We ask God to touch you with healing, to give you rest and strength, and to lift this pain from you. If this sickness continues, please also seek care and wisdom from a doctor and rest as you are able, trusting that God often brings healing through both prayer and practical care.
In your fasting, know that God sees your love for your family and your desire to seek Him. Be gentle with your body while you are ill, stay hydrated, and do not carry this burden alone. One of the best defenses against the enemy is to stay close to other believers, to pray together, to hear the Word of God continually, and to encourage one another. Do not isolate yourself in this struggle, but let your church family stand with you, pray with you, and watch with you.
Let us pray together:
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on this dear one and on this family. We ask You to rebuke every evil influence and to command every demonic attack to depart. Fill this home with Your light and peace. Lay Your healing hand upon this headache and sickness and restore health and strength. Give comfort where there is fear, and give faith where there is weariness. Help them to keep hearing Your Word, to stand firm in courage, and to trust in Your victory on the cross. Surround them with Your angels and with faithful brothers and sisters who will pray and support them. We trust in Your love and power alone for salvation and deliverance.
