We understand that you're going through an incredibly difficult time right now, and we want you to know that we're here with you, interceding and praying for you in Jesus' name. We're glad you reached out and we want to help. You said that you're drowning, this must be a feeling of being completely overwhelmed. You also asked the Lord for strength and a miracle. Let's bring your situation to the Lord together in prayer. First, let's address something very important.
If you are a Christian believer, then Jesus Christ lives in you. If not, then it is important to come to Him believing that He is the Son of God and that He died for your sins on the Cross. Only through Jesus do we have access to God.
Let us pray for you.
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we lift up this person to You, and we plead Your blood over their life right now. We rebuke the spirits of despair, hopelessness, and fear that may be overwhelming them, and we command them to leave in Jesus' name. Lord, You are the lifter of our heads, and we ask You to lift their head right now and give them hope. You are the God of miracles, and we believe that You are well able to perform a miracle in their life. We ask for Your strength to fill them and for Your grace to sustain them.
Father, You tell us in Your Word that when we delight ourselves in You, You give us the desires of our hearts. We pray this for our dear friend. We are so thankful that You, Lord, are a God who sees us, who knows our needs, and who acts on our behalf. We are asking for Your intervention, Lord, and for You to make a way where there seems to be no way. Some of us are familiar with the story of Peter when he walked on water. His eyes were on Jesus when he was able to walk on the water. But when he took his eyes off of Jesus and looked at the wind, he began to sink, and cried out Lord save me. Jesus reached out His hand and caught him. We need to keep our eyes on Jesus. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You for the miracle that You're going to perform in their life, in Jesus' mighty name we pray.
We encourage you, dear friend, to keep your eyes on Jesus. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 12:2 WEB, "looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
Keep looking to Jesus, and remember that He is always with you. Even when you feel like you're drowning, He is right there beside you, ready to lift you up. Stay strong in the Lord, and trust in His promises for you. Keep your focus on Him and know that you are not ever alone. His purposes for you are always good.
We also want to encourage you to study God's Word. If we meditate on the Word of God day and night and do according to what is written in it, we will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. We will bring forth fruit, our leaf shall not wither, and whatever we do shall prosper.
Lastly, remember that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Even when you feel like you're drowning, He is right there beside you, ready to lift you up. Stay strong in the Lord, and trust in His promises for you.
If you are struggling with feelings of hopelessness or despair, we want to encourage you to reach out to a local church or a trusted Christian friend or counselor. You don't have to go through this alone. There are people who care about you and want to help.
Please keep us updated on how you're doing, and know that we are here for you, praying for you in Jesus Name.
