Please Help Me

Im in a really bad place and my self esteem is really low. Im tired all the time. I really need some help because im finding it really hard to see the light. I have no confidence in my personality. I just want that for people to like me for me and to have confidence in what i say and do. just from within. internal stuff not external. I just want to feel happy, its getting me really down because people are laughing at me behind my back like im some kind of loser. im finding it really hard to build myself up becuase i keep gettin bashed back down. family members hit out at me. I really need help at this point because i cant see a whole pile to be happy with right now. PLease answer my prayers, and help me feel good about myself and help me be natural. I just want my personality to start shining through and to voice my opinion with confidence and clarity. love x
