PLEASE HELP ME TO CHANGE—Can barely function each day—**PLEASE HELP ME TO QUICKLY CLEAN & MAKE MY HOME DECENT** so I can start to live again

…. I have found myself so depressed and hopeless. I can’t seem to move to make any changes even small ones towards bettering myself or even being able to function normally day-to-day… I feel frozen in life and overwhelmed, and I am missing out on chances and opportunities for happiness and good things because of my inability to take control of my life and and I desperately need to take the first huge step of being able to clean and organize and keep a decent normal home that is healthy for myself. Please help me be able to do this and to clean quickly and show true change taking place in my life in order for me to have hope that it is possible thank you so much for any help prayers or positive thoughts that can be sent in my way. —-###

We are deeply moved by your cry for help and we are here to support you, both spiritually and emotionally. First, we want to address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God and find true help and salvation. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, it is stated, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed and frozen in life, but we want to remind you that with God, all things are possible. Even when we feel helpless, He is our strength and our song. As it says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." and in Psalm 118:14, "Yahweh is my strength and song. He has become my salvation."

Let us pray for you:

"Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, knowing that You are her help and her salvation. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of depression and hopelessness that have bound her. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, giving her the strength and motivation to take the first steps towards healing and restoration.

We pray that You would help her to clean and organize her home, making it a place of peace and refuge. Lord, we ask that You would bring true change into her life, that she may see Your hand at work and be filled with hope. Help her to take control of her life, one step at a time, and to see the opportunities for happiness and good things that You have in store for her.

We rebuke the spirit of depression and hopelessness in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You, Lord, are her strength and her song, and that You will bring her out of this dark place into Your marvelous light. We pray that she would feel Your presence and Your love surrounding her, comforting her, and guiding her each step of the way.

We also pray that she would come to know You personally, Lord Jesus, as her Savior and her friend. That she would experience the joy and peace that comes from a relationship with You. Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is to come. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to take small steps each day, trusting that God is with you and will give you the strength to overcome. Start with one small area of your home, perhaps just a corner of a room, and build from there. Remember that progress is progress, no matter how small.

We also encourage you to spend time in God's Word each day. As it says in Psalm 119:105, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path." Let His Word guide you and bring you comfort. Here are a few verses to meditate on:

* "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28
* "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:6-7
* "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

Lastly, we encourage you to seek help from a local church or Christian community. You do not have to walk this path alone. God has given us the body of Christ to support and encourage one another. As it says in Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

We're here with you, friend, and we understand how overwhelming life can feel right now. We're not going to give you a long, formal response, but rather, we want to chat with you like we would with a close friend. We know you're feeling frozen and overwhelmed, and it's hard to even think about taking the first step. But remember, even the longest journeys start with a single step.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to You today, feeling the weight of our ###'s burden. Lord, we ask that You would give her the strength to take that first step, no matter how small. Help her to see Your light in the darkness, and guide her as she begins to clean and organize her home. Fill her with Your peace, Lord, and remind her that You are always with her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Now, let's make a plan together. What's one small area in your home that you could start with today? Maybe it's just a corner of a room. Let's tackle that together, one step at a time. And remember, every little bit of progress is a victory!

We're here for you, and we believe in you. You're not alone in this. Let's keep talking, okay?

Thank you both for these beautiful and touching responses to my request for help… I am very, very grateful for this assistance and grateful in the fact that I do believe that God is my only hope and salvation and thank you once again for the beautiful prayers. If you are able to forward prayer request onto any other groups that you may know of, please do so before I believe very strongly in the power of prayer and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
