Beloved of All
We join you in prayer for your important mediation today and bring your requests before the Lord.
We pray that God will give you wisdom beyond your own understanding as you speak and listen, and that He will guard your heart with His peace. We ask Him to grant you favour, protection, and a calm and clear mind, and that the whole process will be governed by truth and justice.
We pray that if it is His will, your employment may continue and that the working relationship may be restored where there has been brokenness and mistrust. We ask the Lord to give all parties honesty, fairness, and a willingness to hear the truth and to act justly, and to restrain any injustice or harshness.
If an exit becomes unavoidable, we pray that the Lord will provide a fair outcome that fully provides for your family and rightly recognizes the financial impact of what has happened. We ask Him to open the right doors for provision and for your future work.
Above all we pray that God's will be done in this situation, and that you will be given grace and wisdom throughout each step. May you know the nearness of Christ, who promises wisdom to those who ask Him and peace to those who trust Him, and may you rest in His care for you and your family.
