Disciple of Prayer
I never really pray for myself, just always my friends or people I know. I have two people that I was once very close with tht are both suffering alot.
Person one: I found out my ex best friend has been involved with bad people and she's constantly getting drunk and smoking weed and sleeping around. Her mom died in November and since then she's changed. I feel like her mom left my mom and i in charge of her and to help watch over and guide her, but she made a lot of nasty rumors about me and its hard to be there for someone who treated me so so badly. She calls in "sick" to work at least three days a week because she's hung over. Even though we don't talk anymore, I still care about her because she was basically like a sister to me.
Person two: The second person is my ex. He really hurt me very very badly and completely broke my heart, but I still care about his well being (like I practically do for everyone. I can't hate anybody no matter what they've done to me), if that makes sense? His mom died when he was like 14 and he always told me when we were dating that he tried thinking about suicide. i always told him that life always gets better and that he shouldn't use such a permanent fix on such a temporary problem. He dated my ex best friend (the girl I mentioned before). She basically just used him because that's how she treats every guy. I guess They started dating a few months ago and she cheated on him numerous times. I knew that he really liked her and a mutual friend told us that he's really depressed that she cheated on him and he started cutting and is really upset about it. Even though he doesn't like me anymore and we haven't talked for almost a year, I'm still worried about what happens to him.
It's hard to talk to both of these people because we had such bad falling outs. I'd like to help them because I don't want either of them to throw their lives away.
