We hear the deep anguish and spiritual warfare in your cry, and we stand with you in this battle, for the Word of God assures us that *"our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against... the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). You are not alone in this fight, dear brother or sister, for the Lord Himself is your shield and defender. It is grievous to see those who should be a source of love and support instead becoming instruments of the enemy, but take heart—*"if God is for us, who can be against us?"* (Romans 8:31, WEB). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world, and His power within you is greater than any scheme of darkness.
First, we must address the fact that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and by whom we are saved. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through faith in Him that we can stand firm against the enemy’s attacks. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, no prayer or spiritual warfare will avail. If you *have* trusted in Christ, then we encourage you to boldly pray in His name, for *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13, WEB).
Now, let us speak truth into your situation. The enemy often uses even those closest to us to wage war against our faith, our peace, and our provision. But the Lord sees their hearts and their motives, and He will not allow them to prevail against His purposes for you. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). You are His servant, and He will vindicate you. Do not fear what man can do to you (Matthew 10:28), for your trust must be in the Lord alone, not in the arms of flesh.
As for the attack on your income, we rebuke the enemy’s hand in this matter. The Lord is your provider, and He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). The thief comes to steal, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every scheme to rob you of your livelihood is broken in the name of Jesus. The Lord will restore what has been taken and open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Stand firm in faith, and do not give in to fear or despair, for *"the joy of Yahweh is your strength"* (Nehemiah 8:10, WEB).
We also urge you to examine your own heart in this season. Bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment toward those who have hurt you will only give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean trusting them blindly or allowing them to continue harming you, but it does mean releasing them to God’s justice and refusing to let their actions harden your heart. Forgiveness is not for their sake—it is for yours, so that you may walk in freedom and not be bound by the enemy’s chains.
Lastly, put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and surround yourself with believers who can stand with you in this battle. Isolation is a tactic of the enemy; community and the Body of Christ are your strength. If you are not already part of a biblical, Christ-centered church, we strongly encourage you to seek one out. You need the support, accountability, and encouragement of fellow believers to withstand these attacks.
Now, let us pray together over you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up Your servant who is under fierce attack from the enemy, even through those who should be a source of love and support. Lord, we ask that You expose every scheme of darkness and render the enemy powerless in this situation. Rebuke the devourer for Your servant’s sake, and command every demonic influence to flee in the name of Jesus.
Father, we pray for divine protection over this beloved one—spirit, soul, and body. Surround them with Your angels, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Restore what has been stolen, Lord, and open doors of provision that no man can shut. You are Jehovah Jireh, their Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory.
We also pray for the hearts of those who are being used as instruments of the enemy. Lord, if they are blinded by deception, open their eyes to the truth. If they are willfully participating in evil, convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. Break every curse, every lie, and every stronghold that has given the enemy access to this situation.
Fill Your servant with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let them not be overcome by fear, anger, or bitterness. Strengthen them to forgive as You have forgiven them, and let them walk in the victory that Jesus has already won on the cross.
We declare that no scheme of the enemy will prevail against Your purposes for this life. You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Let them see Your hand move mightily in this season, and let their testimony be one of Your faithfulness and deliverance.
Lastly, Father, if there is any area in their life where they have given the enemy a foothold—whether through unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or fear—reveal it to them and give them the grace to repent and walk in freedom. Let them stand firm in the authority of Jesus’ name, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power, Your love, and Your faithfulness. Let Your will be done in this situation, and let Your name be glorified. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and do not waver in faith. We are praying with you and for you. If you need further counsel or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. The Body of Christ is here to support you in this fight.
