We are truly sorry to hear about the trial you are facing, but we are grateful that you have reached out for prayer and help in the name of Jesus. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father and the Holy Spirit. This is because there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. And also, whatever we ask in His name, He hears us. Concerning anything we ask, we receive it from Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
Firstly, we acknowledge your pain and the trial you are facing. It is important to understand that such trials are not uncommon. Even the Lord Jesus faced cruel and ruthless treatment. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom men hide their faces, he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering, yet we considered him beaten, struck down by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
The people who caused your pain may have forgotten or not know that whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Although you may feel devastated, please do not be tempted to repay evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead bless others; knowing that to this you were called, that you may inherit a blessing. For the Scripture says, "If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil." We are to respond in a loving way even when it hurts.
As you work towards healing, be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is going through this trial. We thank You for Your faithfulness and the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. We ask that You heal the wounds inflicted by this toxic job experience. We pray that You will restore financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Father, guide them to the career You have prepared for them. Open the right doors and give them the strength and wisdom to walk through them. Prepare them for the effective service in Your Kingdom. Help them to forgive those who have wronged them, just as Christ forgave us. We ask that you remove any bitterness or resentment and fill their hearts with Your love and peace.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete restoration and healing. Guide them in the way they should go. Help them to trust in You completely. We rebuke any plans or schemes of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy. We claim victory in this situation. Thank you that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are the called according to Your purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. This situation may have been meant for evil, but God can turn it around for good, just as He did with Abraham and later with Joseph. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through. We are here for you to help and are praying for you.
