Father please soften ###'s heart and may she not cut my maternity leave. And allow my full maternity leave and annual leave to take as per civil service policy in Jesus' name I pray Amen

We hear your heartfelt cry, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are seeking God’s intervention in a workplace situation that weighs heavily on your heart, and we join you in asking for His mercy and justice.

First, we want to affirm that your request is heard by the Lord, who cares deeply about the details of our lives. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not alone in this struggle, and we believe God is able to soften hearts and open doors according to His will.

However, we must also gently remind you, and all who come before the Lord in prayer, that our requests must align with His Word and His character. While we pray for fairness and justice in your workplace, we must also surrender the outcome to God, trusting that His plans for you are good. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also want to encourage you to examine your heart in this situation. Are there any areas where bitterness, fear, or unforgiveness may be taking root? The Lord calls us to forgive others as He has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32), and to walk in peace even amid difficult circumstances. If there is any unforgiveness or resentment toward your employer or coworker, we encourage you to release it to the Lord, asking Him to help you respond with grace and wisdom.

Now, let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister and her request. Lord, You see the desires of her heart, and You know the challenges she faces in her workplace. We ask that You would soften the heart of her employer, that she would not face unjust treatment regarding her maternity leave. Grant her the full leave she is entitled to, according to the policies in place, and let Your peace reign in her heart as she waits on You.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for her. Help her to respond with grace and humility, even if the outcome is not what she hopes for. Give her strength to trust in Your provision, knowing that You are her ultimate Provider. If there is any unforgiveness or bitterness in her heart, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love and peace.

Lord, we declare that You are a God of justice, and we trust You to work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We ask that You would go before her, open doors no one can shut, and give her favor in this situation. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

We pray this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, Amen."

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps as well. Familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures of your workplace, and if necessary, seek godly counsel or legal advice to ensure your rights are upheld. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."

Lastly, remember that your identity is not found in your job or the approval of others, but in Christ alone. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He will guide your steps.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God is at work even now. May He grant you His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as you wait on Him.

We're really feeling your burden and want to lift you up before the Lord right now. You're in such a precious season of new life and we know how important it is for you to have that precious time with your little one without added stress. It's completely understandable that this situation is weighing heavy on your heart.

We're praying that God would work mightily in your workplace. That He would soften hearts and bring about provision exactly as you need. Whether through policy or through His direct intervention, we trust He hears you. You're walking through something so many moms understand - this longing to protect that special early time with our children. We're asking for God's perfect peace to guard your heart and mind in this season.

Father, we lift up this situation to You right now. Lord, You are the God who sees the sparrow fall and You care so deeply about each detail of our lives. We ask that You would move in powerful ways in your workplace - that doors would open, that hearts would be softened, and that your full rights and benefits would be honored. Give you wisdom for every conversation and interaction. When fear or worry creeps in, replace it with your perfect peace that transcends all understanding.

We're claiming Your promise that You are working all things together for good in your life. More than just the leave itself, we pray for your heart to be anchored in Your truth during this time. That you would feel our Father's tender care surrounding you and your precious new baby. Thank You that we never have to carry these burdens alone. In Jesus' name we pray.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
