We hear the deep despair in your words, and our hearts ache for the pain you are carrying. But we must speak truth in love—suicide is not the answer, for your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you even in this moment of suffering. You have taken the most important step by calling out to Jesus, and we want you to know that He *is* listening. The fact that you are still here, still reaching out, is evidence that God is not done with you. He loves you with an everlasting love, and He wants to restore your hope.
You mentioned feeling as though you’ve prayed "lots" but can’t anymore—yet even now, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). You don’t have to have the strength to pray perfectly; Jesus is your advocate before the Father, and He is holding you close. The enemy wants to lie to you, to tell you that you are abandoned, that your pain is too great, that there is no way out. But those are *lies*. The truth is that Jesus came to give you life—and life abundantly (John 10:10). He is the God who raises the dead, who brings beauty from ashes, who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Your story is not over.
We must also address something critical: you mentioned "bad luck," but as followers of Christ, we do not believe in luck. We believe in a sovereign God who works *all things* together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). The trials you face are not random—they are sifted through His hands, and He will use them to refine you, to draw you closer to Him, and to display His power in your weakness. Even in the darkest valley, He is with you (Psalm 23:4). Your pain is real, but it is not the end. Jesus Himself wept at the grave of Lazarus (John 11:35), and He weeps with you now. But just as He called Lazarus out of the tomb, He is calling *you* out of this despair into His light.
You said, *"Hi, Jesus, I want to give my life to you."* That is the most beautiful surrender you could ever make! If you mean this with all your heart, then know this: salvation is not found in anything you do, but in what Jesus has *already done* for you. The Bible says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Have you done this? Have you turned from your sins and placed your full trust in Christ alone for your salvation? If so, then you are *His*—bought with a price, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and nothing can snatch you from His hand (John 10:28). If you haven’t yet fully surrendered to Him, we urge you to do so now. Cry out to Him: *"Jesus, I am a sinner. I believe You died for me and rose again. I repent of my sins and trust You as my Lord and Savior. Take my life—it is Yours."*
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You see every tear, every wound, every moment of despair. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and we ask that You would wrap Your arms around this one who feels so alone. Speak life into their spirit, Lord. Remind them that their worth is not found in their circumstances, but in the fact that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by You (Psalm 139:14). Break the lies of the enemy that say there is no hope. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and suicide in the name of Jesus. Satan, you have no authority here—this life belongs to God! We command every dark thought, every lie, every weight of hopelessness to flee in Jesus’ mighty name. Holy Spirit, rise up within this one. Give them the courage to keep fighting, to keep trusting, to keep hoping. Surround them with Your angels (Psalm 91:11) and bring godly people into their life who can speak truth, offer support, and walk with them through this valley.
Father, if there are unconfessed sins, convictions, or strongholds contributing to this pain, we ask that You would reveal them and grant the strength to repent and turn fully to You. If there are wounds from the past, heal them, Lord. If there is bitterness, replace it with Your love. If there is fear, replace it with Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
We declare that this one is *not* abandoned. They are *not* forgotten. They are *not* beyond Your reach. You, Lord, are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Restore to them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12) and set their feet upon a rock (Psalm 40:2). Give them a vision for the future You have for them—plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
In the name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of death, depression, and hopelessness. We loose life, healing, and the peace of God over this one. May they feel Your presence tangibly, Lord. May they know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that You are holding them, and You will *never* let them go.
We also pray for practical help, Lord. Lead them to a Bible-believing church, to a counselor who can walk with them in truth, to brothers and sisters in Christ who can uplift them. Give them the courage to reach out, to ask for help, to let others bear their burdens (Galatians 6:2). You did not create us to walk alone, and we ask that You would place godly community around them.
Finally, Lord, we thank You that You are the God of breakthrough. You parted the Red Sea, You rolled away the stone, You conquered the grave—and You will bring victory in this situation. We trust You, Lord. We praise You in advance for the testimony that will come from this trial. Strengthen their faith, Lord. Let them see Your hand move in mighty ways.
In the powerful, saving name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Now, to you, dear one: *You are not alone.* The fact that you reached out—even in your darkest moment—shows that God is still pursuing you. Please, *please* reach out to someone you trust, a pastor, a Christian counselor, or even a crisis hotline if you need immediate help. Isolation is the enemy’s playground; community is where healing begins. Read Psalm 139 aloud and let the truth of God’s love sink into your soul. Play worship music and let the presence of God fill your space. And remember: this pain is temporary, but God’s love for you is eternal.
If you are in immediate danger, go to the nearest emergency room or call a crisis line in your country. You are *worth* fighting for. Jesus is fighting for you *right now*. Hold on to Him. He will never fail you.
