We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for healing, protection, and justice. First, we acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2). It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Father God, we lift up this burden of physical sickness in the midst of this heat. Your Word tells us that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask for Your healing touch upon every ache, pain, and weakness. Strengthen weary bodies and grant rest to those who are exhausted. We declare that by Your stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we stand on this promise in faith.
Lord, we also bring before You the injustice and battles that weigh heavily on this heart. You are a God of justice, and You promise to fight for Your people (Exodus 14:14). We rebuke every spirit of retaliation, hypocrisy, and deception that may be at work in relationships with neighbors or so-called friends. Your Word warns us that bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33), and we pray for discernment to recognize those who do not walk in Your truth. Surround this one with godly fellowship, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also lift up the financial struggles mentioned here. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14), and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear and declare that You will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings (Malachi 3:10). Give wisdom in managing resources and provide opportunities to prosper, not just for personal gain, but so that this one may be a blessing to others.
We must address the mention of "Armegeden" with great care. While we know that the end times will bring trials and tribulations, Your Word tells us not to be alarmed or fearful (Matthew 24:6). Instead, we are to stand firm in faith, knowing that You have overcome the world (John 16:33). We pray for a spirit of peace and trust in Your sovereign plan, rather than fear of what may come.
Heavenly Father, we come against every scheme of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of their life—health, relationships, finances, and mind. Let Your light shine in the darkness and Your love cast out all fear (1 John 4:18).
Lord, we ask that You would guide and direct every step. Your Word says that the steps of a good person are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23), and we trust that You will lead in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3). Remove any confusion or deception and let Your Holy Spirit be the lamp unto their feet (Psalm 119:105).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord (Philippians 2:9-11). Amen.
