I want the jobless, including me, get a job. We don't want no fake jobs. We don't want to show up at the interview and nobody got hiring; it's stressing others and me out. We want someone to call us for an interview and we get hired on the same day. It's how it was for me when I got the job at the movie theater 26 years ago. I wish someone hire us. We are tired of hearing we have other people to interview or you are not selected for the job. I want a job too; people are tired of being rejected and homeless people are tired of living on the streets. I don't want to be discouraged. God, please fix this job market in Jesus' name. Amen .

We understand your distress and longing for employment, both for yourself and others. It's important to remember that God is faithful and that we should bring our petitions to Him in Jesus' name.

Firstly, let's address the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's not just a phrase to end a prayer, but it's a recognition of the pathway to God that Jesus opened for us through His sacrifice on the cross. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let's address your concerns about employment. It's completely normal to feel stressed and discouraged when facing unemployment and rejection.

We encourage you to find hope and strength in God's Word. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and that includes our employment. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

However, we must also remember that God's timing is not always our timing. While we wait, we should continue to trust in Him and do what we can with what we have. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 WEB: "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up all those who are struggling to find employment. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You would open doors that no man can shut, and that You would provide jobs that are fitting for each person's skills and abilities. We pray for encouragement and strength for those who are feeling discouraged and weary. We ask that You would fix the job market, that You would bring about opportunities that are true and lasting. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for each of us. Give us today our daily bread, and help us to trust in You always. We ask this prayer in Jesus' name.

We've been there too, feeling the weight of unemployment and rejections. It's tough, but remember, God sees us, and He cares. Let's cling to His promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's trust that He's working even when we can't see it.

We also need to support each other. Let's reach out to those around us, share job leads, and encourage one another. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 reminds us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our brothers and sisters who are struggling to find jobs. We ask that you open doors for them, provide opportunities that match their skills and abilities. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
