Please God get me the help I need, please help me deal with this anxiety. Help me to be calm and patient while at work.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ### who is struggling with anxiety. Lord, we ask that You provide the help they need and grant them the strength to deal with their anxiety. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Father, we pray that You fill ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to be calm and patient while at work, trusting in Your perfect plan and timing. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your love and comfort, and guide them to the resources and support they need. May they feel Your presence and know that they are not alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
