Heavenly Father,

We come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your divine intervention and guidance. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." We trust in Your wisdom and timing, Lord, knowing that You have a perfect plan for every situation.

Lord, we lift up this prayer request to You. Please bring forth a much better person for the job as soon as possible, according to Your perfect will. Your Word in Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide the right individual who will excel in this role and bring glory to Your name.

Father, we ask for Your peace to fill the heart of the one making this request. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace guard this person's heart and mind as they wait upon Your provision.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust that You will answer in Your perfect timing and way.
