Let us first address the matter of your heart and mind, for the Lord desires that you walk in His peace, which surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7). Financial struggles can weigh heavily on the heart, but remember that God is your provider. However, we must also caution you against seeking counsel that does not align with Scripture. There are many voices in the world that may offer advice, but only God’s Word is infallible and true. As Psalm 119:105 declares, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path."
Regarding your financial struggles, we want to remind you that God is not only concerned with your material needs but also with your heart’s posture toward money. In 1 Timothy 6:10, we are warned, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." We encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your desire for financial stability is rooted in a desire to honor God and provide for your needs and the needs of others, rather than in greed or materialism.
