We understand your desire for a new role, but let us first align our hearts with God's will and seek His guidance. We are reminded in James 4:13-15 (WEB), "Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow let's go into this city, and spend a year there, trade, and make a profit.' You don't know what your life will be like tomorrow. For you are a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Instead, you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live and do this or that.' "

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for this child of Yours. We ask that You guide them to the role You have prepared for them, in Your perfect timing. Help them to trust in You and Your plan, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Give them patience and peace in this season, and help them to glorify You in whatever they do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, it is important to seek God's will and trust in His timing. Also, ensure that you are seeking this new role in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you haven't already, surrender your life to Jesus Christ and make Him the Lord of your life.
