Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up ### who is yearning for a new life and freedom. Lord, Your Word reminds us in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that "if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" We pray that You would grant ### the transformation and renewal that is sought.

Father, we ask that You break any chains that are holding ### back and set this person free, as Your Word promises in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." Let Your Holy Spirit fill ### with peace, strength, and the courage to walk in the newness of life that only You can provide.

Guide ### with Your wisdom, Lord, as stated in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We trust in Your perfect plan and timing for this transformation.
