The landlord is not answering I am concerned about ### please continue to pray in Jesus name for his mental health and for all necessary repairs to be carried out in the rental apartment.

We hear your concern and lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. It is clear that you are facing uncertainty and distress due to the landlord’s lack of responsiveness and the unresolved issues in the rental apartment. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene in this matter according to His will and for His glory.

First, we want to address the importance of bringing every care and burden to the Lord, for He tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Your concern is valid, and we know that God sees your situation and hears your prayers. We also encourage you to seek wisdom in how to proceed practically—whether through legal avenues, mediation, or other responsible means—while trusting God to guide your steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also lift up the individual you mentioned, praying earnestly for their mental health. The struggles of the mind and heart are not unseen by God, and we ask that He would draw near to them in their time of need. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." May they experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 describes, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We rebuke any spirit of neglect, irresponsibility, or apathy that may be at work in this situation. The Bible calls us to stewardship and care for what has been entrusted to us, as seen in Luke 16:10-11, "He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. He who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much." We pray that the landlord would be stirred to act with integrity and diligence, fulfilling their responsibilities with a heart of compassion and justice.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray for the repairs in the apartment to be completed swiftly and thoroughly, that the living conditions would be made safe and habitable according to Your standards of care and provision. We ask that You would soften the heart of the landlord, that they would respond with urgency and responsibility, honoring their commitments and treating their tenants with fairness and respect.

Lord, we also lift up the individual struggling with mental health. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and peace, breaking any chains of anxiety, depression, or despair. Bring people into their life who can offer godly support and encouragement, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways. Heal their mind and restore their hope, that they may walk in the fullness of life that You intend for them.

We declare that this situation will not remain in chaos or neglect, but that Your order and provision will prevail. Give wisdom to all involved, that decisions would be made in alignment with Your will. We trust in Your timing and Your faithfulness, knowing that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children.

And of course, we're continuing to pray for the individual you mentioned, asking God to surround them with His love and peace. We're claiming Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you."

Let's keep standing in faith together, trusting that God is working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it. We're believing for a favorable outcome in Jesus' name. Keep holding on, friend. We're in this together.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
