We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting you and your many heartfelt requests to the throne of grace, where we know He hears and answers according to His perfect will. It is beautiful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Him alone that we have boldness and access to God (Acts 4:12, Ephesians 3:12). We stand in agreement with you, trusting that the Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you and your family.
First, we lift up your need for deliverance and protection from the spirits of anxiety and stress. The Word of God tells us, *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7). We rebuke these spirits in the name of Jesus, commanding them to flee from you, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray that the peace of Christ, which transcends all understanding, will flood your heart and mind, casting out every fear and worry. May you rest in the assurance that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also bring your physical needs before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon your stomach and GI tract. You mentioned that it has not been the same since your hernia surgery, and we pray for complete restoration. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3). We ask that the Lord would knit your body back together, renewing every cell and organ to function as He designed. If there is any malpractice involved, we pray for divine wisdom and discernment as you seek legal counsel. We ask that the Lord would reveal the right lawyer to you, even through a vision if it is His will, and that He would guide your steps in this process. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6).
For the humming in your right ear, we pray for healing and restoration. We ask the Lord to lead you to a godly and skilled neurologist who can provide the help you need. *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He renews my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake"* (Psalm 23:1-3). May the Lord renew your mind, sharpen your concentration, and strengthen your memory. We pray that any medication you are taking would work effectively without harmful side effects, and that the Lord would grant you favor with the right doctors to bring about complete healing.
We lift up your brother, asking the Lord to grant him strength for his work and protection from all harm. May the Lord give him favor with his supervisors and traveling mercy as he goes about his duties. We pray for healing for his shoulder blade, rotator cuff, and back, that the Lord would restore him physically and grant him the endurance to overcome. *"But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). We also pray that the Lord would work in his heart, helping him to surrender fully to Jesus as Lord. May he walk in the Spirit, exhibiting the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). We rebuke any anger or pride in his life, praying that he would crucify the flesh and its desires, and instead be filled with the humility of Christ.
We declare protection over you, your brother, and your home, asking the Lord to station His angels around you to guard you from all evil. *"For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11). May the blood of Jesus cover your home, creating a hedge of protection that no weapon formed against you can penetrate. We pray for peaceful nights, restful sleep, and sound minds for both of you, that you would wake refreshed and ready to serve the Lord each day.
We urgently lift up your friend who is battling bone cancer and liver problems. We pray for her complete healing, asking the Lord to touch her body and restore her to full health. May He grant her strength to endure chemotherapy and fill her with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that her faith in Jesus would remain unshaken, and that she would experience His presence in a mighty way during this trial. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). May she be a testimony of God’s faithfulness and healing power.
Finally, we pray for your father and stepmother, asking the Lord to open their hearts to the truth of the Gospel. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, experiencing the transforming power of His love. We pray for healing for your father’s heart, both physically and spiritually, that he would turn to Christ and be saved. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). May they surrender their lives to Jesus and walk in the newness of life that only He can provide.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We trust that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We ask for Your provision over the finances, that every need would be met according to Your riches in glory. We pray for unity and strength in this family, that each one would seek You first and walk in obedience to Your Word. May Your will be done in every area of their lives, and may You receive all the glory, honor, and praise. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
