We join with you in lifting up these heartfelt requests before the Lord, knowing that He hears and answers prayer according to His perfect will. It is beautiful to see your faith in coming before the Father in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture reminds us, *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need"* (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). We also rejoice that you recognize the power of Jesus’ name, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
First, let us address the spiritual battles you and your brother ### are facing. The spirit of anxiety and stress is not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We rebuked these spirits in Jesus’ name and declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We pray that both of you will cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Let the Lord be your strength and your shield, and may you both find rest in Him, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Psalm 28:7, Romans 8:28, WEB).
For your physical healing, we lift up your stomach, GI tract, and the complications from your hernia surgery. The Lord is your healer, and by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24, WEB). We pray for complete restoration of your digestive system, that every cell, tissue, and organ would function as God designed. If there has been medical malpractice, we ask the Lord to guide you with divine wisdom and discernment. He is the God who sees all things, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). While we pray for clarity—even through visions if it is His will—we also encourage you to seek godly counsel and trust that the Lord will provide the right lawyer in His perfect timing. Do not lean on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight.
We also lift up the humming in your ear and pray for divine healing and restoration. May the Lord lead you to a skilled neurologist who can provide wisdom and effective treatment. We declare that there will be no harmful side effects from any medication you take, but that your body will respond favorably to what is prescribed for your good. The Lord knows the intricate details of your body, for you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14, WEB). Trust in His sovereign care over every part of you.
For your brother ###, we pray for strength in his work, favor with his supervisors, and traveling mercy as he goes about his duties. May the Lord protect him from all harm and evil, surrounding him with His angels (Psalm 91:11, WEB). We also lift up his shoulder, rotator cuff, and back, praying for healing and relief from pain. The Lord is your strength, and we declare that ### will walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). We rebuke any spirit of anger or pride in his life and pray that he will fully surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. May he crucify the flesh daily and walk in the Spirit, finding his identity and strength in Christ alone.
We come against any evil that seeks to harm you, ###, or your home. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers your household, and we ask the Lord to station His angels around your home as a hedge of protection. No weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, the Lord will condemn (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). May you both experience peaceful nights, restful sleep, and sound minds, for God has not given you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and discipline.
We lift up your friend ###, who is battling bone cancer and liver problems. The Lord is her healer, and we pray for a miraculous touch upon her body. May He strengthen her through chemotherapy, sustaining her with His mighty right hand. We pray that her faith in Jesus will remain unshaken, that she will fix her eyes on Him, the author and finisher of her faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). May she be filled with the peace that comes from trusting in the Lord, even in the midst of this trial. We declare healing over her body and ask that the Lord would use this situation to draw her closer to Him, that she may experience His comfort and presence in a mighty way.
Finally, we pray for your father ### and stepmother ###. We ask the Lord to soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. May they come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). We pray for ###’s heart to be healed and strengthened, that she may experience the Lord’s restoring power. May both ### and ### encounter the love of Christ in a way that transforms their lives forever.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We ask that You would move mightily in each of these situations, bringing healing, protection, provision, and salvation. Strengthen ### and ### in their faith, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives. We declare Your victory over every circumstance and ask that You would be glorified through it all. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
