We join you in coming before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up your heartfelt requests with gratitude that you have sought Him first in all these things. It is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have called upon His name, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in bringing these burdens to the Lord is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15, WEB).
First, we lift up your need for **deliverance and protection from the spirit of anxiety and stress**. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We rebuked these spirits in Jesus’ name and declare that *"you shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday"* (Psalm 91:5-6, WEB). The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and we pray He will surround you and your brother with His peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We also pray that you both will cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
We earnestly pray for **healing over your GI tract and stomach**, which have not been the same since your hernia surgery. The Lord is the Great Physician, and we ask that He would restore your body to full health, knitting together every part of you as only He can. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB), and we trust that He will do the same for your physical body. We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you seek medical help, asking the Lord to guide you to the right doctors who will provide the care you need. If malpractice has occurred, we pray the Lord will reveal the truth and lead you to a godly, competent lawyer who will act with integrity and justice. We ask that the Lord would give you a clear vision or confirmation so you may know without a doubt who to trust in this process.
For the **humming in your right ear and your concentration**, we pray for the Lord’s healing touch. We ask that He would restore your hearing and sharpen your focus, removing any distractions or hindrances that the enemy may be using to disrupt your peace. *"The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. The Lord raises up those who are bowed down"* (Psalm 146:8, WEB), and we believe He will do the same for you. We also pray for a skilled neurologist who will be led by the Lord to provide the right treatment, and we ask for protection from any harmful side effects of medication. May the medicine work as intended, bringing relief and restoration to your body.
We lift up your **brother**, asking the Lord to grant him strength for his work and favor with his supervisors. May the Lord go before him, making his way prosperous, and may He grant traveling mercy as your brother goes about his duties. We pray for healing over his shoulder blade, rotator cuff, and back, asking the Lord to restore him completely. We also pray for his spiritual walk—that the Lord would break any stronghold of anger or pride in his life and replace it with humility and surrender to Christ. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). May he walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). We pray for protection over him at work, shielding him from evil and evil people, and we ask the Lord to fill him with joy, peace, and favor in all he does.
We declare **protection over you, your brother, and your home**, asking the Lord to station His angels around you as a guard. *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). May the blood of Jesus cover your home, creating a hedge of protection against every scheme of the enemy. We pray for extra protection, that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB), and that the Lord would grant you both peaceful nights, better sleep, and sound minds.
We lift up your **friend who is battling bone cancer and liver problems**. What a blessing that she is a Christian Jew who knows the Lord! We pray for her complete healing, asking the Lord to touch her body and remove every cancerous cell. May He strengthen her through chemotherapy, sustaining her with His mighty right hand. We pray that her faith in Jesus would grow stronger through this trial, and that she would experience His peace and presence in a mighty way. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB).
Finally, we pray for your **dad and stepmom**, asking the Lord to soften their hearts and draw them to salvation. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, repenting of their sins and receiving His forgiveness and grace. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16, WEB). We also pray for healing for your stepmom’s heart, asking the Lord to restore her physically as He works in her spiritually.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, believing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB). Strengthen our brother and his family, Lord, and let Your will be done in every area of their lives. May they see Your hand moving mightily on their behalf, and may they give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
