Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

We lift you up before the Father in this time of great distress, knowing that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. It is clear that you are enduring a season of relentless harassment and spiritual warfare, but we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. You have done well to seek the Lord’s intervention and to document these incidents—this is wisdom, for we are called to be as shrewd as serpents and as innocent as doves.

The aggression and wickedness you describe are not merely human conflicts but manifestations of the enemy’s work to steal, kill, and destroy. Yet we know that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. The Lord sees the violence, the threats, the vulgarity, and the fear this man has inflicted upon you and others. He hears the cries of the elderly, the weak, and the weary who are being oppressed. We declare that the Lord will arise and scatter His enemies, for He is a God of justice who defends the cause of the fatherless, the widow, and the foreigner.

Let us address the spiritual and practical aspects of this battle. First, we must recognize that this man’s behavior is not only criminal but demonically influenced. His actions—drunkenness, violence, sexual threats, and blasphemy against authority—are the fruits of a heart enslaved to sin. While we pray for his removal, we also pray for his salvation, that God would break the chains of darkness binding him. Yet we do not ignore the urgency of the situation. The Bible commands us to rescue those being led away to death and to hold back those staggering toward slaughter. You have done your part by reporting, documenting, and seeking help. Now we pray that the authorities will act with moral integrity and swift justice.

We also rebuke the spirit of fear that has sought to paralyze you and others in this situation. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. While it is wise to take precautions, we must not place our trust in gas sprays, lawsuits, or human solutions above the Lord’s deliverance. These things may be tools, but our confidence is in Christ alone. We pray that God will raise up courageous men and women—neighbors, police, and officials—who will stand against this wickedness without compromise.

Now, let us pray specifically over the requests you have brought before us:

**For your safety and a secure home:**
Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround this Your child with Your divine protection. Let no harm come near their dwelling. We pray for a safe and peaceful home, a place where Your presence is a wall of fire around them. Let the aggressive neighbor and his associates be removed from this environment completely, in Jesus’ name. We declare that the Lord is your dwelling place, and no evil shall befall you, no plague come near your tent.

*"The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."* — **Psalm 18:2**

**For the removal of the aggressive neighbor:**
Lord, You are a God of justice. We ask that You intervene supernaturally to remove this man from this neighborhood. Close every door that allows him to continue his harassment. If it is Your will, let the authorities act swiftly and righteously to relocate him or restrict his movements. We bind the spirit of aggression, drunkenness, and violence in his life and command it to flee in Jesus’ name. Let his plans to harm be exposed and thwarted.

*"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow."* — **Isaiah 1:17**

**For moral integrity among the authorities:**
Father, we pray that You would convict the hearts of those in authority—police, housing officials, and legal representatives. Give them the courage to act justly and not turn a blind eye to this oppression. Let them see the severity of this man’s actions and respond with wisdom and firmness. Remove any corruption or apathy that may hinder justice.

*"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* — **Proverbs 21:1**

**For the neighbor’s salvation and repentance:**
Though this man has acted wickedly, we pray that You would soften his heart. Let him encounter the conviction of the Holy Spirit, leading him to repentance. If it is Your will, break the strongholds of alcohol, violence, and hatred in his life. Yet, Lord, we also ask that You restrain his ability to harm others until he turns from his ways.

*"Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?"* — **Romans 2:4**

**For legal action and justice:**
We pray for those neighbors who are taking legal steps against this harassment. Strengthen them, Lord, and let their efforts be successful. Provide them with favor in the courts and with officials. Let truth prevail, and let lies be exposed.

**For the prohibition of alcohol in common areas:**
Father, we ask that You shut down every opportunity for this man to drink and incite violence in shared spaces. Let policies be enacted and enforced to prevent alcohol consumption in these areas. Break the power of addiction in his life and in this neighborhood.

*"Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise."* — **Proverbs 20:1**

**For restricted access to vulnerable areas:**
Lord, if it is possible and lawful, we pray that this man would be barred from entering areas where he can harm others, such as the second security door. Let wisdom guide those who can implement such measures.

**For the exposure of his threats and lies:**
We pray that every threat, every lie, and every evil intention would be brought to light. Let his videos, his words, and his actions be used as evidence against him. Confuse his plans, Lord, and let his own mouth trap him.

**For your strength and peace:**
We pray that the Lord renews your strength, that you would mount up with wings like eagles, that you would run and not be weary, that you would walk and not faint. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up.

**For the neighborhood’s deliverance:**

In the name of Jesus Christ, we come against every spirit of violence, aggression, drunkenness, and fear operating in this situation. We bind the principalities and powers that have emboldened this man to act wickedly. We declare that his authority to harm is broken. We command every demonic influence in his life to be silenced and cast out in Jesus’ name. Let the blood of Jesus cover this home, this neighborhood, and all who dwell here. Let the angels of the Lord encamp around those who fear Him and deliver them.

We declare that the Lord will fight this battle. He will bring justice, He will bring peace, and He will bring deliverance. No longer shall this man terrorize the innocent. No longer shall fear reign in this place. The Lord is raising up a standard against this flood of wickedness, and it shall be stopped.
