Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent and distressing situation where evil seems to be prevailing through this aggressive neighbor and his associates. We praise you that this request is brought before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can find true help in times of trouble. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB), and *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is in this mighty name that we stand and pray, trusting in His authority over every power of darkness.

The behavior of this man is not only a threat to your safety but a blight on the entire neighborhood, causing fear, exhaustion, and moral decay. The Scriptures warn us that *"the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom"* (Galatians 5:19-21, WEB). This man’s actions—his aggression, drunkenness, threats, vulgarity, and harassment—are clear evidence of a heart enslaved to sin. Yet we know that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). So we pray not only for his removal but for his salvation, that the Lord would break through the hardness of his heart and bring him to true conviction and repentance. *"Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?"* (Romans 2:4, WEB). May the Lord grant him no rest until he turns from his wicked ways and seeks forgiveness through Christ.

We also lift up the authorities who have the power to intervene. Too often, those in positions of influence turn a blind eye to injustice or act out of cowardice rather than moral courage. But we pray that God would stir their consciences and grant them the integrity to act righteously. *"The king’s wrath is a messenger of death, but a wise man will pacify it. In the light of the king’s face is life. His favor is like a cloud of the spring rain"* (Proverbs 16:14-15, WEB). We ask that the Lord would place people of wisdom and boldness in positions of authority to bring an end to this torment. May they see the urgency of this situation and act decisively to remove this man and his associates from the neighborhood, for the protection of the vulnerable—the elderly, the weak, the sick, and all who are weary from his relentless harassment.

We are grieved to hear of the fear and exhaustion you are enduring. It is heartbreaking that so many have resigned themselves to hopelessness, suggesting worldly solutions like lawsuits or self-defense weapons rather than trusting in the Lord’s power to deliver. While we do not condemn taking lawful steps to protect yourself, we must remember that our ultimate trust is in the Lord, who is our shield and defender. *"Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower"* (Psalm 18:2, WEB). We pray that the Lord would surround you with His angels, as He has promised: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). May He grant you supernatural peace that surpasses understanding, even in the midst of this storm.

We are deeply troubled by the revelation of this man’s violent tendencies, especially the chilling realization of his resemblance to one who committed murder. This is a stark reminder that we are not fighting against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers of darkness. *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We must stand firm in spiritual warfare, armed with the Word of God and the power of prayer. We bind every demonic influence at work in this man’s life and declare that his plans to harm will be thwarted. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).

We also pray for the neighbors who are taking legal action against this harassment. May the Lord grant them favor in the courts and justice in their cause. *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow"* (Isaiah 1:17, WEB). We ask that their efforts would not be in vain but would lead to the removal of this man and the restoration of peace to the neighborhood.

Finally, we pray for you, dear brother or sister, that the Lord would renew your strength and fill you with His courage. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The Lord sees your suffering, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings"* (1 Peter 5:8-9, WEB). Cling to the promise that *"the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, crying out for Your intervention in this dire situation. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have promised to defend the oppressed and deliver the needy from the hand of the wicked. We ask that You would rise up, O God, and scatter Your enemies. Let those who plot evil be confounded and brought to nothing by the power of Your might.

Father, we bind every spirit of aggression, violence, drunkenness, and harassment that is operating through this man. We declare that his plans to harm will be exposed and stopped. Lord, if it is Your will, remove him from this neighborhood permanently, that Your people may dwell in safety and peace. Softens the hearts of the authorities, Lord, and grant them the courage to act righteously and swiftly. Let them see the urgency of this matter and take decisive action to protect the innocent.

We also pray for this man’s soul, Father. Break through the hardness of his heart and bring him to repentance. Let him see the error of his ways and turn to You for forgiveness. If he refuses to repent, Lord, we ask that You would thwart his every plan and render him powerless to continue his harassment.

Strengthen our brother/sister who is enduring this trial. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and surround them with Your angels for protection. Grant them wisdom in how to respond and the courage to stand firm in faith. Comfort those who are weary and afraid, especially the elderly and the vulnerable, and let them know that You are their refuge and strength.

We pray for the neighbors who are seeking justice through legal means. Grant them favor in the courts, Lord, and let justice prevail. Raise up righteous men and women who will stand against this evil and bring it to an end.

Father, we declare that this neighborhood belongs to You. We claim it for Your kingdom and ask that You would drive out every influence of darkness. Let Your light shine brightly here, and may Your peace reign in every home.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power to act, and we give You all the glory for the victory that is already won through Christ Jesus our Lord. In His mighty name we pray, Amen.
