Please continue to pray about my arms and wrists. I feel way better than I did yesterday. I believe some of the pain from my right shoulder all the way to my wrist is from twisting it, but then I also believe I aggravated and inflamed everything by texting and texting and by typing. That would explain why the right side hurts more -- That was my texting side. Still -- I AM SCARED. I have had three surgeries for carpal tunnel syndrome. I have stopped texting entirely, and I am trying to limit myself to just using auto-reply on here. Am not even using a mouse. Am dragging my finger across the keyboard bottom. And I still should not be doing it long -- just prolonged sitting with elbows flexed is bad for this condition. Pray I get all the way better soon. I will die if I go through a repeat of carpal tunnel syndrome. Plus I miss being on the site. Thank you for praying.
