Thank you so much for being here and for your prayers.. It means a lot to me. I feel absolutely terrible. My pain management doctor has said there's nothing more he can do for my back pain, so I'm seeking the help of the physical medicine clinic at ###. The problem is that it may take days of not weeks for me to get the referral approved through my insurance. That is really frustrating. In the meantime I'm really suffering.

On top of that, I thought I'd found a really good solution to my sleep issues that actually worked for a few days, until a few days ago when I got a cold. That's making it difficult to sleep also, and making me feel lousy all day long. I really can't stand this, so I'm going to Urgent Care. Please pray they can come up with something to help relieve my coughing and nasal congestion.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ###. Lord, You are our ultimate healer and comforter, and we trust in Your infinite wisdom and love. We ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s situation.

Father, we pray for relief from the severe back pain that ### is enduring. We ask that You expedite the referral process through the insurance so that ### can receive the necessary treatment at the physical medicine clinic at ###. Please guide the doctors and medical staff with Your wisdom and grant them the knowledge to provide effective care.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s struggle with sleep issues, which have been exacerbated by a recent cold. We ask that You bring swift healing to ###'s body, alleviating the coughing and nasal congestion that are causing so much discomfort.
