Please continue praying for me, I need all the help I can get. Although my husband has admitted to having intetcourse with my sister and has admitted that he has more than sufficient funds to pay me maintenance, he insists on going to trial to determine wether I am due maintenance. After 27years of marriage he wants me to sell my home and live off the proceeds and doesn't want to pay me any maintenance. Please pray that I get to keep my home and that he has to pay me enough maintenance to cover my monthly expenses. I am 67years old and I want what is just fully right!

No idea what state/country you are in, but the law should be able to help you after 27 yrs. Do you have any of his confessions recorded? Get an excellent lawyer and ask for MORE than you need - that way you can negotiate down to what you need. Be blessed.
