My husband has been on his car licence issue in DUBAI UAE and they have been frustrating his attempts, he has spent almost a million naira for it and they haven't issued the license. His next road test will be on 21st of August 2017.

Please we need prayers and God's intervention so that this will be the last time as we have exhausted so much on this.
