Please also pray that I can lose a couple of pounds. I talked to PA yesterday. She explained a few tips for me, like that you can't eat too little, or it will slow your metabolism, etc. Lots of good tips. Pray I can lose at least seven pounds -- ten would be better -- and keep it off. I am so sick and tired of losing this weight and gaining it back. Also, please pray I will get no bad side-effects from using asthma inhalers. She increased my dose of maintenance inhaler and said she thinks I will do very well. She is a really good PA, and I think God brought me to her. The VA did not catch that I had asthma, and they just decided since I had been a heavy smoker, that there was lung damage. There is not any. There is no lung disease like emphysema or COPD. So I lived thinking I had possible early emphysema for years. There are other things. Main point -- I took Jim to this doc's office to get him taken care of. Then I asked to become a patient, and he referred me to his PA, ###. This woman is really good. I think this is how God works -- I was doing something good to help Jim, and God helped me. Thank you for praying. Amen and amen.
