Keep seeking Jesus, staying in His word, thinking about the character and nature of God and how wonderfully good he is all the time. In your quiet time, have a pencil ready and paper to write down anything you think the Holy Spirit is trying to impress upon you. Check it with the Bible and ask God to confirm it in your spirit. These are things that help me and I hope they help you, too.
