Pilot job in Indigo final interview.

Syluesarroth

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my son ###, Age ###, attending Group Discussion and Personal Interview on ###. Also Psychmetric test on ###. Please pray for him to pass the all procedure to get Job in ###. Praise the Lord.

We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord as he prepares for his Group Discussion and Personal Interview and his psychometric test for the pilot position with Indigo. We thank God for the gifts and training He has given your son and for bringing him to this final stage, and we pray that God's perfect will be done in his life and career.

We are reminded of the encouragement in Proverbs 16:3, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, and in Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We pray that your son will prepare diligently, rest well, and enter each part of this process with clarity, confidence, humility and integrity, doing his best as unto the Lord and trusting the outcome to Him.

We pray also from Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And from James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask God to grant your son wisdom, calm recall, clear communication, sound judgment and favor with those conducting the assessments.

We notice you closed with Praise the Lord, for which we are grateful, and we want to gently encourage you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 reminds us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you and your son to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, to seek Him not only for this job but for eternal life and daily guidance, and to come to God in prayer in Jesus name.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this young man to You. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the work he has done to reach this final interview process. We ask that You grant him peace and not anxiety, sharpness of mind and steadiness of heart for his Group Discussion, his Personal Interview and his psychometric test. Let him speak with honesty, respect and clarity, and let his character and competence shine for Your glory. If it is Your will, open the door for him to receive this position with Indigo and to use it to provide for others, to act responsibly with the lives entrusted to him, and to honor You. If You have another path for him, give him and his family grace to accept Your direction with trust, knowing that in Jeremiah 29:11 You say, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Above all, draw him closer to Jesus and let Your will be done in his life. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage your son to continue to prepare thoroughly, to get adequate rest, to practice with honesty and humility, and to commit each step to the Lord in prayer. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will guide his steps and provide what is best according to His perfect wisdom and love.

We can hear how much love and hope you carry for your son as he reaches this final stage with ###. Getting to the group discussion and personal interview and then the psychometric test is already a real accomplishment after so much study and preparation.

It is understandable to feel anxious while you wait, wanting every part to go smoothly for him. We are joining you in prayer for steadiness and clarity for him in each step, and for peace for you as you support him.

A simple way to help in these next days is to keep things calm and rested at home. If he wants it, you might run through a few practice questions together or help him plan his travel and rest so he arrives clear headed. Above all, reminding him that you are proud of the work he has already done, whatever the result, can help settle nerves more than last minute cramming. A short prayer together before he goes in is often the best preparation.

We trust God sees his gifts and the right place for him to use them, whether this particular door opens now or God directs him elsewhere.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this young man to you for these assessments. Give him clear thinking, calm words and peace as he does his best. Comfort his parents as they wait and guide his future steps according to your will. Amen.

We join with you in bringing your son before the throne of grace at this important season, and we give thanks with you that you can say, Praise the Lord, even while the outcome remains unknown.

We pray that the Lord, in whose hands are all our days and all our ways, will grant to your son calmness of mind and clearness of thought as he appears for his Group Discussion and Personal Interview and for his Psychometric test. May he be enabled to speak with modesty and truthfulness, to answer with a sound mind, and to show that diligence and character which become a man entrusted with the lives of others in the air. We ask the Lord to grant him favour in the sight of those who examine him, if it be according to His wise and holy will, and to open the door to this employment with ### if it shall be for his good and for the glory of God.

Yet we would have you remember that it is very advantageous to the Christian mind frequently to consider the deep and unsearchable purposes of God. What the Lord has purposed shall stand, and He will do all His pleasure. The trial of Job teaches us this, that in all his losses and sorrows he sinned not, nor charged God foolishly, but committed his cause to Him who judges righteously. So let your son and let you also deal with God rather than merely with men. Let prayer and tears be your more potent rhetoric, and leave the result with Him.

We have often found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. You have nothing to do with the final decision, that is the Lord's business and theirs. Your part and your son's part is to do the right thing with an honest heart, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. If the Lord intends this place for him, no examiner can shut the door, and if the Lord has another path, He will make it plain and will provide more graciously than we can ask.

Therefore we pray not only for success in these examinations, but for a yet greater mercy, that your son may know himself to be taught of God from his youth, and may be found trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, which alone cleanses from all sin. For what shall it profit a man to gain even the desire of his heart in this world and yet be without Christ.

We commend you and your son to the Lord who turned the captivity of Job when he prayed, and who still hears the prayers of His people. May He grant you peace, may He anoint your son with fresh strength for this hour, and may His will be done, to whom be all glory.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will guide every step of this process and grant that which is best according to His perfect wisdom, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer for your son as he prepares for this final stage with ###, for the group discussion and personal interview and for the psychometric test that follows. We thank you for bringing this before the Lord and for your praise to Him even while you wait.

We pray that God will grant your son clarity of mind, calmness of heart, and the ability to speak with wisdom and honesty. As one who hopes to serve as a pilot, he knows the need for careful preparation, steady reason, and obedience to instruction. In the same way we all need the true Pilot to guide us, for without Him neither vessel nor crew is safe. May the Lord who stills the winds and the sea steady your son in these days, taking away undue anxiety and helping him to do his part with diligence and integrity, and to trust the outcome to God's loving providence.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have access to Your mercy and grace. We ask You to be with this young man in each part of this process. Grant him understanding and recall of all he has learned, give him grace to listen well and to answer with honesty and respect in the group discussion and interview, and grant him soundness of mind in the testing. Keep him from fear and help him to rest in Your care, knowing that You see his efforts and his future. Above all, lead him according to Your perfect will, for Your glory and for his good. If this door is the one You have prepared for him, we ask You to open it. If not, we ask You to guide him to the place You have appointed. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We encourage your son to prepare faithfully, to rest well, and to commit his work to the Lord. Whether the answer is as we hope or otherwise, God is able to turn all things for the good of those who love Him and to crown faithful effort with His blessing. We will continue to remember him in prayer and we trust the Lord to give you all peace as you wait.

We join you in prayer for your son as he faces these final steps toward this pilot position, the group discussion, the personal interview and the psychometric test. Praise the Lord for your faith in bringing this before Him.

Scripture shows us that God knows His people intimately. In the book of Job, which is among the oldest writings in the Bible and reaches back to the time of Abraham, we are given a glimpse behind the scenes. God Himself spoke of Job as a man who was upright, who loved Him and turned away from evil. Even before anything happened on earth, God knew Job completely. In the same way, your son is known and seen by the Lord. He is not just a name on a list of candidates. The Lord sees his preparation, his hopes, and the desires of your heart for him.

That book also shows us that the adversary studies people and builds his own ideas about them. He suggested that Job only served God because God had placed a hedge of protection and blessing around him. The Lord allowed that hedge to be tested, not because He had abandoned Job, but because He was sovereign over even the testing. Cultures and times have changed greatly since the days of Job, yet the deepest questions of the heart remain the same. We still wrestle with uncertainty about the future, with the need for provision, and with the cry to understand what God is doing when we cannot see the outcome.

Job did not understand his circumstances, and his friends who came to comfort him only added to his confusion by accusing him and telling him he must have done something wrong. They were miserable comforters. Job was left stripped of answers, crying out from the depth of his soul. Yet through it all, he did not turn against God, and in the end God revealed Himself and showed His faithful care. What was meant to destroy Job became a testimony of patience and trust, so that his name is still remembered as an example of endurance.

We pray that your son will experience the peace of God as he enters each part of this process. May the Lord grant him clarity of mind, calmness under pressure, wisdom to speak well and to listen well, and steadiness in the testing. We ask that God will grant favor where favor is needed, and that the results will be according to His perfect will. If this door is the one God has for him, may it open clearly. If God has another path, may He make that clear also and guard your son from discouragement.

Above all, we pray that through this time your son will seek the Lord Himself, not only His blessings. The deepest need Job expressed is the need every person has for a mediator, one who can stand between God and man. That need is met only in Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. May your son know that assurance, and may your family rest in the truth that whom the Lord loves He corrects and cares for as a father cares for his children.

We commit your son into the hands of our faithful God, asking for His guidance, His protection, and His will to be done in this decision.
