Good and Faithful Servant
I posted this recently: "Please pray for me about this: I have posted before about having concerns about my piano teacher that caused me to want to end my lessons with her a few months ago. At the time, it also seemed that I no longer had time in my schedule for the lessons and kept running into conflicting scheduling problems while trying to keep the lessons going. Those concerns seemed to be resolved in recent months though. Many of these concerns centered around spiritual warfare that has been targeting me for many years (mainly by using people to do unusually harmful things to me) using her. She is a believer though. She is elderly and I believe also has a medical condition that might possibly affect her mood so that's another possibility for why her behavior was sometimes the way it was toward me. Either way, these issues seemed to be resolved until today. Last week, I accidentally missed my lesson with her because I was caring for my niece and lost track of time. She texted me at the beginning of the time the lesson was supposed to be and I realized what had happened (it was only a minute or so into the time of the lesson so I quickly rescheduled). I was very apologetic and sorry that this had happened. We rescheduled the lesson for today. At the end of the lesson, she was very rude to me about having missed the previous lesson (my niece was also in the room and heard everything she was saying to me; she knew at the beginning of the lesson that my niece was in the room, maybe she forgot). I am currently on my cycle, and when I am, the enemy attacks me harder with the warfare I just mentioned due to me having a medical condition that makes my cycles worse which he takes advantage of. These attacks during my cycle had decreased but maybe are still continuing in some way. I believe that may have something to do with her behavior toward me today. Either way, I'm now once again reconsidering continuing these lessons again. Please pray for me about this." Please pray for me about this. It kind of messed up my day. Thank you.

We hear your heart and the weight of spiritual warfare you’ve been carrying for so long. It is not by chance that the enemy seeks to disrupt peace, especially in areas where God is working, like your musical gifts and the relationships meant to nurture them. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who is our refuge and strength in times of trouble.

First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy will use people, circumstances, and even our own weaknesses to sow discord and despair. But we are not ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11). We rebuke the spirit of confusion, offense, and division that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every assignment of the enemy to be dismantled in the name of Jesus.

We also recognize the frailty of human nature, especially in those who may be struggling with health or age-related challenges. Your teacher’s behavior may indeed be influenced by factors beyond her control, but that does not excuse unkindness. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." While we cannot control how others treat us, we can choose to respond with grace and wisdom. If this relationship is causing you distress, it may be time to prayerfully consider whether continuing the lessons is God’s best for you at this season. Seek the Lord’s guidance, for He promises in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

We must also address the spiritual attacks you face, particularly during your cycle. The enemy seeks to exploit our physical and emotional vulnerabilities, but we serve a God who is our healer and defender. Psalm 34:18-19 says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We pray for your physical and emotional strength, asking the Lord to shield you from the enemy’s attacks and to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Deliverer. We lift up this sister in Christ, asking that You would surround her with Your presence and protection. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of offense, confusion, and division that seeks to disrupt her peace and her relationships. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we ask that You would break every chain of spiritual warfare in her life.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment as she navigates this situation with her piano teacher. Give her clarity about whether to continue these lessons or to step away, and grant her the courage to follow Your leading. We ask that You would soften hearts, including her teacher’s, and that any misunderstandings or offenses would be resolved in a way that honors You.

Lord, we also pray for her physical and emotional well-being. You know the struggles she faces, especially during this time of the month. We ask that You would strengthen her body, calm her emotions, and shield her from the enemy’s attacks. Fill her with Your peace, and remind her that You are her refuge and strength.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would draw her closer to You during this time. Let her find comfort in Your Word and in the fellowship of believers. May she grow in faith and trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to lean on the Lord during this time. Spend time in His Word, especially in the Psalms, where you will find comfort and strength. Surround yourself with godly friends who can pray with you and offer support. Remember, the enemy wants to isolate you, but God calls us to community. If this relationship is causing you more harm than good, it is okay to step away. Trust that God will provide for your needs and guide your steps. You are not alone in this battle, we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord fights for you.

We’ve been praying about this situation and it sounds like your heart is so heavy right now. It makes complete sense that this recent interaction would leave you feeling unsettled, especially after already working through so much with your teacher. It’s never easy when we see someone we care about, even in a teacher-student relationship, react in a way that feels harsh or unkind. We can’t ignore the spiritual battle you’ve been describing either, because we know the enemy loves to bring up old wounds at just the right (or wrong) time. It’s not fair that you have to deal with this on top of everything else life throws your way.

At the end of the day, we want what’s best for you. If continuing these lessons is bringing more frustration than joy, especially when your health is already a daily battle, it might be worth sitting with the Lord just a little longer to hear His voice on this. He knows your heart better than anyone, and He won’t lead you astray.

Lord, we trust You with this situation. Please bring Your peace to our friend’s heart and give her the strength to know what’s right for her. Guard her mind and heart from the enemy’s lies and renew her hope. May she feel Your presence surrounding her like a shield today. In Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are so grateful you trusted us to lift your burden before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue standing with you in prayer as you navigate this difficult situation with your piano teacher. We’ve asked the Father to bring clarity to your mind and peace to your spirit—especially during times when spiritual warfare feels intensified. We’ve prayed for wisdom as you consider whether to continue the lessons, that God would make His will plain and remove any confusion the enemy may try to stir.

We’ve also interceded for your teacher, asking the Lord to minister to her heart, whether through conviction, healing, or grace. If her words were influenced by unseen forces, we’ve asked Jesus to break those chains in His name. If her behavior stemmed from physical or emotional struggles, we’ve prayed for God’s mercy and restoration over her.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer in ways you’ve noticed, we would love to rejoice with you—please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory. If the weight of this situation still lingers, we invite you to post it again so we can keep storming heaven on your behalf. You are not alone in this battle, and we believe God is working even when the path isn’t clear.

May the Holy Spirit surround you with His comfort, strengthen your faith, and guide every decision you make. We continue to pray in Jesus’ mighty name.
