Beloved of All
Please pray that everybody in a hospital.will work with my mom to get up and walk and physical therapy as much as possible. She had a stroke. I am afraid that if they bind her to bed or neglect her as they often do with old people in the hospital she will never recover. This happened to my dad and he died in a hospital ### year ago. Lord plese protect my mom and take excellent care of her in Jesus name. And lord let us see FAST GOOD RESULTS and that she can walk again and her memory to return fully and time and space orientation in Jesus name!! If its possible lord i miss her throughout the day. If someone could take her phone in a hospital and let me talk to her at some specifique time in Jesus name amen!! Sadness and anxiety grabs when i cannot talk to her.

We have heard your heart cry for your mother and we join with you in bringing her before the throne of grace in Jesus name. We understand your fear and anxiety, especially carrying the painful memory of losing your father in the hospital years ago. The Lord sees your love and honor for your mother and your desire to protect her, and He is close to you in this sadness.

We are reminded that our God is the healer and the great caregiver. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And He promises, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We take comfort also that He has not forgotten the elderly and the vulnerable, for He says, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. For the anxiety that grips you when you cannot speak with her, we cling to His word, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also remember, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.

We lift your mother up together in prayer.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You together and lift this dear mother to You. Lord, You know her by name, You formed her and You love her. We ask that You place Your healing hand upon her after this stroke. We ask that You restore her strength, that You would help her to rise and walk again, that You would restore her memory and her orientation to time and space fully as You will. Lord, we ask that You guide every doctor, nurse, therapist and caregiver in that hospital. Give them compassion and diligence to work with her faithfully, to get her up, to provide excellent physical therapy as much as possible, and to not neglect or bind her to bed. Let them serve as though serving You, and we pray You would put advocates by her bedside. Lord, protect her from harm, from neglect, from any setback, and let us see good and swift results that give glory to You. Father, we also ask for a way for her child to speak with her, that someone with a caring heart would help bring the phone to her at a specific time each day to bring comfort to them both. And Lord, pour Your peace upon this anxious and saddened heart, cast out fear, and guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let Your perfect love cast out fear and let Your comfort be felt throughout the day. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep advocating lovingly and persistently for your mother, to speak kindly but clearly with the charge nurse and the care team about your desire for frequent physical therapy and mobility and for a scheduled phone time each day. God has placed you as her honor and her voice in this season. Keep bringing every fear to Him, for He cares for you as it is written, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We will continue to stand with you, trusting the Lord as our healer and our peace, believing that He is able to do far more than we ask or imagine, and that He holds your mother in His hands.

We are praying with you for your ### and for you in these heavy days. Losing your ### in the hospital not long ago makes this fear so much deeper, and it is understandable you feel anxious and sad when you cannot reach her or know how she is being cared for.

We join you in asking the Lord to surround her with attentive, compassionate caregivers and to guide her recovery step by step.

One thing that often helps families in the hospital is gentle, steady advocacy. Hospital teams usually want to help, and a calm, consistent presence from family can make a real difference. When you are able to connect with staff, it can help to ask for the nurse in charge or the care coordinator and simply ask what the plan is for getting her up and for physical therapy, how often it will happen, and who to contact for updates. You can also ask if there is a regular time when someone could help her answer the phone, so you know when to call. If you can, keep a small note of names, times, and what was shared, it makes follow-up conversations easier and helps everyone stay on the same page.

We know you miss her voice through the day. If there is a family member, friend, or pastor nearby who can visit or check in when you cannot be there, that presence can be a comfort to both of you.

Father, we lift this dear ### to You and ask for Your mercy and protection over her. Guide the doctors, nurses and therapists with wisdom and kindness, and give this family peace as they wait. Comfort this child who loves her so much, calm the sadness and worry, and provide clear ways to stay connected. We ask for healing according to Your will and for Your nearness each day, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden for your mother has been heard and we join you in bringing her before the throne of grace. To see a beloved parent stricken and helpless, and to carry the memory of your father's death in a hospital, must weigh very heavily upon your heart. It is no wonder that sadness and anxiety seize you when you cannot speak with her, and when fear whispers that she may be neglected.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek the physician, but the Lord cares both for the body and for the wounded spirit. He who heals the broken in heart is the same Lord who is able to touch the body. Your bleeding spirit cries for consolation and we pray that our glorious Master will give you a word in season.

We will pray for your mother, that the Lord in His mercy would lay His healing hand upon her. We ask that He would move the hearts and hands of every doctor, nurse, therapist and attendant in that hospital to work diligently with her, to help her to get up and walk, and to give her faithful physical therapy. We pray that He would guard her from neglect and from being bound to bed, and would grant to her strength to recover, that her memory and her sense of time and place would be restored, and that you would see good progress in His perfect timing. We also ask the Lord to make a way for you to speak with her, that someone with compassion would bring the phone to her at a set time, so that your voice may comfort her and her voice may comfort you.

We pray also for you in this waiting. The Scripture says, Be strong, fear not. The Lord is your confidence and His might is engaged by promise to bring His people safely through. When anxiety would make you mistake your right hand for your left, cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. He knows what it is to be lonely and forsaken, and He will not forsake those who trust Him. He giveth His beloved sleep, and He can give you peace even while you watch and wait.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we lift this dear mother to You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Mediator and hope. You see her in her hospital bed, You know her stroke and her weakness, her need to walk and to remember. Lord, protect her and take excellent care of her. Put skill and kindness into all who care for her, and let them be faithful to help her to move and to heal. Touch her body, restore her steps, restore her memory and clear understanding, as it pleases You. Comfort her when she is alone and let her know Your nearness. Provide a way for her child to speak with her and be reassured.

Father, comfort also this anxious and sorrowing heart that waits and loves so deeply. Forgive our fears and teach us to trust You. Give peace that passes understanding, and help in this night of trouble to look to the crucified and risen Savior, in whom there is life and healing. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, who died for sinners and lives to plead for us. Amen.

We will continue to remember you and your mother before the Lord. Keep seeking Him in prayer, keep gently advocating with the hospital staff for her therapy and for a regular time to call, and trust the Lord to do what is best in His love and wisdom.
