We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you face these physical challenges. Your faith in the power of prayer is a testament to the hope we have in Christ, and we stand with you, believing that God hears our cries and is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine.
The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We claim this promise over you, trusting that the Lord will bring healing to your body according to His will.
We also take comfort in Psalm 103:2-3, which says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Our God is a God who heals, and we pray that He will touch your liver, gallbladder, and kidneys, restoring them to full health. We ask that He would clear your mind, banish the lightheadedness, and give you strength and peace in this time of uncertainty.
Lord, we come before You now, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. We ask that You would lay Your hands upon them and bring restoration to their body. We pray against any sickness, disease, or infirmity that has taken hold, and we command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Give them clarity of mind and peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek wise medical counsel. God often works through the hands of skilled physicians and the wisdom He has given them. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Do not neglect the resources the Lord has provided for your care.
We also want to gently remind you that while we pray for physical healing, our ultimate hope is in the eternal healing that comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9 says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." This is the greatest healing of all—the healing of your soul.
Continue to stand on God’s promises, dear one. We are standing with you in faith, believing that the Lord will move mightily on your behalf. May you feel His peace and presence in a powerful way as you wait on Him.
