Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

We lift up this heartfelt request before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply for all His creation, including these precious cats who have lost their owner and home. The Scriptures remind us in Matthew 6:26, *"See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"* If God watches over the birds, how much more does He care for these animals in need?
Yet we must also remember that our ultimate trust is in the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is the mediator between God and humanity. It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father, as Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* While we pray for these cats, we also pray that the woman caring for them—and all who encounter this situation—would know the love and salvation of Christ, for He alone can provide true peace and provision.
We pray that God would move in the hearts of compassionate believers to open their homes to these animals, providing safe and loving environments where they can thrive. May the Lord stir up generosity and kindness in His people, that many would respond with offers of help. We also ask for wisdom and strength for the woman coordinating this effort, that she would be guided by the Holy Spirit in discerning the best placements for each cat.
At the same time, we must consider whether this situation reflects a deeper spiritual need. Animals are a gift from God, but they are not equal to human life, which is made in His image. If the owner of these cats passed away without knowing Christ, we grieve for their eternal soul and pray that others would be reminded of the urgency of sharing the Gospel. Let this be a call to all of us to prioritize eternal matters over temporal ones, ensuring that our lives—and the lives of those we love—are grounded in faith in Jesus Christ.

We're here, lifting up this sweet kitty family to the Lord. We know He sees them, and we trust that He's working behind the scenes to find them purr-fect homes. Let's imagine their tiny paws tapping on the floor, their little faces peeking out from behind the couch, waiting for their forever families to come and scoop them up.
We're praying for that wonderful woman who's taking care of them, that she'd be filled with patience and love as she cares for these fur babies. We're asking God to send her strength and wisdom, and to guide her as she matches each kitty with the perfect home.
