Please pray fervently on my behalf. I am currently still dealing with pests in my apartment. I ask that God assists me in eliminating them. Additionally, pray that God grants me the strength and energy necessary to address and clean any areas that require attention. I have a fear of pests. Pray that God provides protection for both me and my living space. I seek that God transforms my environment into a pest-free zone now. Pray also that God provides me with a new home I am ready to relocate I just don't have the funds. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

James 1:5 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask the Lord to guide you in cleaning, sealing, and protecting your living space. May He reveal any areas that need attention and give you the energy and determination to address them thoroughly. We declare that your home will be a pest-free zone, and we command every unwanted creature to flee in Jesus' name.

The trial of pests in your dwelling is a sore one, yet it need not be a cause for bondage. The fear that now assails you, a dread of these creatures and the labour required to root them out, is natural to our fallen flesh, but it is not necessary for the saint. You have asked for strength and energy; turn your eye then to the promise, “Fear not, thou worm Jacob … I will help thee, saith the Lord.” He does not plead against us with His great power, but rather puts strength into us. The arm that upholds the universe can sustain a trembling heart, and the God who has helped you in six troubles will not forsake you in the seventh. Let your fear drive you to diligent cleansing, yet not to slavish torment. There is a holy fear, the fear of sinning against God, which makes a man watchful over every corner of his house and heart; but the apprehension of evil that comes from creatures is a fear that must be cast out by a childlike confidence in the Father’s care.
When you take up the broom and the scour, do so as one who serves the Lord Christ, and remember that even the humblest act of scrubbing a floor, if done in faith, is hallowed. The Master went about doing good, healing bodies and souls, and He counts no labour too mean when it promotes health and peace. As for your longing to move to a new home, fear not to go down into Egypt if the pillar of cloud leads that way. Yet if funds are lacking, wait upon the Lord’s provision. You ask for prayer against the pests in your apartment, and it is good to bring every need before the Lord. But I perceive a far greater pest lurking in your soul: the cowardice that makes you tremble at insects and vermin. Do you not know that the same fright and cowardice seized Peter when he denied Christ? If the chief apostle could be so shaken by fear of men, how much more are you overcome by fear of creatures that God made to creep on the earth? Yet not a sparrow falls without the Father, and you are worth more than many sparrows. Cast out this servile dread. Fear instead the worm that never dies, the pest of unrepented sin. For the wrath of God is revealed against all unrighteousness, not only the great but even the small and hidden. Let that fear be in you, and the sight of a small creature will no longer unman you.
You ask for strength and energy to clean. Strength indeed comes from above, as the Apostle said, "Who enabled me?" But note well: he did not only pray and wait. He bore the heavy burden of insults, scoffs, and daily deaths, yet stood firm by divine help and his own resolve. God enables those who rise up and labor. So you must do what lies in your power. Scrub the corners, remove the filth that draws pests, and trust that God blesses the hands that work. He will not do for you what you refuse to do yourself. But do not imagine that a swept room is all you need. There is a pest more foul than any beetle or mouse. I speak of the sins that nest in your heart lust, envy, sloth, forgetfulness of God. These are the true vermin that corrupt the soul and bring it to death. Cleanse the inner chambers first, lest you become like the Pharisees who polished the outside of the cup while within it swarmed with greed and self-indulgence.

But if He delays, do not let your heart be occupied with murmuring. Remember Ananias, who trembled at the name of Saul and was rebuked. The Lord's answer to fear is not the removal of every threat, but the promise, "I will show him how much he must suffer for My name." So I say to you: welcome the trial as an instructor, not a curse. Pray, yes, but pray for courage to endure, not merely for escape.

Open his eyes to see that the pests he dreads are as nothing before Your face.
