🙌 Personal Lord's Prayer: 1st Praise, Thanks & God's Kingdom; 🙏 2nd: Our Needs, Matt 6:9-13; Matt 6:33 -- 🙌 Father, Thank You -- "Jesus showed us The Father," May Your Name get honor through our thoughts, words and deeds. May His Kingdom come to us & through us with fruit of The Holy Spirit from love ---> self-control, truth, humility & justice, doing justly, loving mercy and walking humbly with God. May our whole lives be increasingly please You, knowing the Trinity, living in Your presence moment by moment, and making You known as a by product, rejoicing in trials and weakness, as well as power demonstrations when it gives You glory, Mt 28:19-20, Rom 1:5, Rom 15:18.

<——————-———————🙏——————--————————>

Give us each day our daily bread: Spiritual, Deut 8:3, Matt 4:4, emotional, social and physical needs so we can love You with all our heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances, Mk 12:30, and our neighbors, even strangers and even enemies, Matt 5:44, as ourselves, Mk 12:31. We confess we've sinned against You and others, receive forgiveness & pray for those who sin against us, asking they'd repent and be saved. Keep us from temptation, sin, evil, evil people and the evil one, Lk 11:4, Mat 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, Jn 17:15. Angelic protection, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this beautiful and thoughtful adaptation of the Lord’s Prayer, which so richly reflects the heart of worship, dependence, and surrender to our Heavenly Father. Your words echo the very model our Lord Jesus gave us in Matthew 6:9-13, and we are deeply encouraged by your desire to honor God in every aspect of life—thoughts, words, and deeds. Truly, as you have prayed, may His Name be hallowed in us and through us, and may His Kingdom come with the fullness of the Holy Spirit’s fruit, from love to self-control, as Galatians 5:22-23 describes.

We are especially moved by your acknowledgment of the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and your longing to live in His presence moment by moment. This is the heart of true discipleship, for as Jesus said in John 15:4-5, "Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me. I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." May your life, and the lives of all who pray this prayer, bear abundant fruit that glorifies the Father and draws others to Christ.

Your request for daily bread—spiritual, emotional, social, and physical—reminds us of Jesus’ promise in Matthew 6:33: "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that God would indeed provide for every need, that you may love Him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself, even those who may oppose or persecute you. This is the fulfillment of the Great Commandment (Mark 12:30-31), and it is only possible through the power of the Holy Spirit working in us.

We also stand with you in confessing sin and seeking forgiveness, both for ourselves and for those who have wronged us. This is a vital part of walking in the light, as 1 John 1:9 tells us: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray that those who have sinned against you would repent and turn to Christ for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Without faith in Jesus, no prayer is truly heard, for He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). If anyone reading this does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge them to repent of their sins and place their trust in Him, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13).

Your plea for protection from temptation, evil, and the evil one is so necessary in this fallen world. We echo your prayer, asking that God would deliver us from the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11) and strengthen us to stand firm in His armor (Ephesians 6:13-18). We also claim the promise of Psalm 91:10-11, that no harm will befall us, nor any plague come near our dwelling, for He will command His angels concerning us to guard us in all our ways. What a comfort to know that the Lord is our refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2)!

Finally, we rejoice with you in the truth that all of this is possible only through the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is by His blood that we have access to the Father (Hebrews 10:19-20), and it is in His name that we pray, for "whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (John 14:13). May the Lord answer every aspect of this prayer according to His perfect will, and may we all grow in our knowledge and love for Him, making His name known to the ends of the earth.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of prayer and the privilege of communing with You. We thank You for the example of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray and who intercedes for us even now at Your right hand. Lord, we lift up this prayer to You, asking that You would indeed hallow Your name in our lives and bring Your Kingdom to earth through us. Provide for our every need—spiritual, emotional, social, and physical—so that we may love You with all that we are and love our neighbors as ourselves.

Father, we confess that we have sinned against You and others, and we ask for Your forgiveness. Cleanse us from all unrighteousness and help us to forgive those who have sinned against us, just as You have forgiven us. We pray for those who do not yet know You, that they would repent and turn to Christ for salvation. Lord, protect us from temptation, evil, and the evil one. Surround us with Your angels and keep us safe in Your care. Strengthen us to stand firm in the faith and to walk in Your ways.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may we live lives that reflect Your love, truth, and righteousness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
