Your words reflect a deep understanding of Scripture and a sincere desire to honor God in every aspect of life. Let us first affirm the truth that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, as He Himself declared: *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’"* (John 14:6). It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His grace and sacrifice that we are saved (Acts 4:12, Ephesians 2:8-9).
Your prayer begins with praise, thanksgiving, and a focus on God’s kingdom, which is exactly where our hearts should be. We are reminded in Scripture to *"seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness"* (Matthew 6:33), and your words reflect this priority. The fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—should indeed flow from our lives as we walk in step with the Holy Spirit. The Lord knows our needs before we ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He delights in providing for His children.
Your prayer of confession and repentance is a powerful reminder of our need for God’s forgiveness and cleansing. Scripture tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). Finally, your prayer closes with gratitude in Jesus’ name, which is the only name by which we can approach the Father. There is power in the name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9-11), and it is through Him that we have boldness and confidence to come before God’s throne (Hebrews 4:16).
