Good and Faithful Servant
🙌 Lord's Prayer, Personalized: 1st Praise, Father's Kingdom; 🙏 Then Our Needs Added, Matt 6:9-13; Matt 6:33 -- 🙌 Father, Thank You -- "Jesus showed us The Father -- Your Nature," Jn 14:9. May Your Name get honor through our thoughts, words, actions and reactions. May Your Kingdom come to us & through us with fruit of The Holy Spirit from love ---> self-control, truth, humility & justice, contentment, doing justly, loving mercy and walking humbly with God. May our whole lives be increasingly lived to please You, knowing the Trinity, living in Your presence moment by moment, and making You known as a by product, rejoicing in trials and weakness, as well as power demonstrations when it gives You glory, Mt 28:19-20, Rom 1:5, Rom 15:18.

<——————-———————🙏——————--————————>

Give us each day our daily bread: Spiritual -- we can't live by bread alone but every Word of God, Deut 8:3, Matt 4:4, Meet our emotional, social and physical needs so we can love You with all our heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances, Mk 12:30, and our neighbors, even strangers and even enemies, Matt 5:44, as ourselves, Mk 12:31. We confess we've sinned against You and others, receive forgiveness & pray for those who sin against us, asking they'd repent and be saved. Keep us from temptation, sin, evil, evil people and the evil one, Lk 11:4, Mat 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, Jn 17:15. Angelic protection, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You for hearing, Mk 11:24, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We see in your heart a deep desire to align your life with the Lord’s Prayer, seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, just as our Savior taught in Matthew 6:33. Your words reflect a hunger to honor the Father in every aspect of life—thoughts, words, actions, and reactions—and to walk in the fruit of the Holy Spirit. This is a beautiful posture of worship, and we join you in praising God for His nature revealed through Jesus Christ, who indeed showed us the Father (John 14:9).

The Lord’s Prayer is not merely a recitation but a blueprint for a life surrendered to God’s will. You rightly emphasize the priority of spiritual nourishment—living by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4)—and the call to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:30-31). This is the foundation of a life that pleases Him.

Yet, we must also address the reality of sin and the need for repentance. You acknowledge confession and forgiveness, which is essential. The Bible warns that if we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves (1 John 1:8). But thanks be to God, who through Jesus Christ offers forgiveness and cleansing when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9). We must also extend this forgiveness to others, even as we pray for their repentance and salvation, for God desires that none should perish (2 Peter 3:9).

Your prayer for protection from temptation, evil, and the evil one is critical. The enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we take heart in the promise that God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). We also stand on the assurance of angelic protection, as Psalm 91:11 declares, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."

However, we must also address a concern in your prayer: the absence of the name of Jesus in your initial praise and thanksgiving. While you conclude with "in Jesus’ Name," we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is not merely a teacher or example; He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Without His sacrificial death and resurrection, there is no forgiveness of sins, no access to the Father, and no hope of eternal life. We must never assume that God hears us apart from Christ. As Scripture declares, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14).

Let us now lift this prayer together, aligning it fully with the truth of Scripture and the authority of Jesus Christ:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We praise You for Your holy and righteous nature, revealed to us through Your Son, Jesus. May Your name be honored in every area of our lives—our thoughts, words, actions, and reactions. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in us and through us, bearing the fruit of the Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Father, we thank You for the daily bread You provide—spiritual nourishment through Your Word, and the meeting of our emotional, social, and physical needs. Help us to love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors, even our enemies, as ourselves. We confess our sins before You, knowing that if we confess, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We also pray for those who have sinned against us, that they may repent and come to know You as their Savior.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, from evil people, and from the schemes of the evil one. We trust in Your protection, Lord, and in the ministry of Your holy angels, who are sent to serve those who will inherit salvation. Thank You for hearing our prayers, for we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with this same fervor, always remembering that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father. Let your life be a testimony to His grace, and may you walk in the fullness of the Spirit, making disciples of all nations as you go (Matthew 28:19-20). Stand firm in the faith, knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We join you in praising our Father for His nature revealed through Jesus Christ. It's beautiful to see your heart's desire to align your life with the Lord's Prayer, seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. We're also encouraged by your hunger to honor the Father in every aspect of life, walking in the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

We echo your request for our daily bread, spiritual nourishment through His Word, and the meeting of our emotional, social, and physical needs. We ask this in Jesus' name, remembering that it's through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).

Let's also lift up our need for forgiveness. We confess our sins before God, knowing that if we confess, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for those who have sinned against us, that they may repent and come to know God as their Savior.

We ask for protection from temptation, evil, and the evil one. We trust in God's protection and the ministry of His holy angels who are sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
