Beloved of All
My father is trying to start trouble with my mom and my siblings and he's drunk please keep my mom and me and my siblings and anyone going through similar to that in your prayers please

We lift this heavy burden to the Lord with hearts full of compassion and concern. Family strife, especially when fueled by the destructive influence of alcohol, is a painful and difficult trial. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 20:1, "Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise." We see the truth of this verse in the turmoil your father’s drinking has brought into your home. Yet, we also know that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

First and foremost, we rebuke the spirit of division and strife in your home in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to destroy families, but we stand on the promise that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for your father, that the Lord would convict his heart and draw him to repentance. Addiction is a stronghold, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). We ask the Holy Spirit to break the chains of alcohol in his life and restore him to the man God created him to be—a loving husband and father who walks in wisdom and self-control.

For your mother, we pray for strength, wisdom, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May she be rooted in the truth that she is not alone, for the Lord is her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We ask God to give her the words to speak in love and the discernment to know when to speak and when to remain silent. Protect her heart from bitterness and resentment, and fill her with the love of Christ, which covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

For you and your siblings, we pray for unity, protection, and emotional healing. The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 4:12, "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." May your family stand together in faith, leaning on one another and on the Lord, who is the ultimate source of strength. We ask God to guard your hearts and minds from fear, anxiety, and the lies of the enemy. Instead, may you be filled with hope, knowing that God works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

We also lift up others who may be facing similar struggles—those who are enduring the pain of a loved one’s addiction or the chaos of a broken home. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in their lives as well. Bring healing, restoration, and peace to their families. Surround them with Your presence and remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We declare that Your will be done in this family. Soften hearts, break strongholds, and restore what has been broken. Give this family the courage to forgive, the strength to endure, and the faith to believe that You are at work, even in the midst of this storm. We trust in Your promise that "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard [their] hearts and [their] minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you or your family members have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation upon which true healing and restoration are built.

We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). May His peace reign in your home, and may His love bind your family together in unity. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap for your family. It's heartbreaking to see the pain alcohol can bring, but we find comfort in knowing that God is close to the brokenhearted. Let's keep praying for your dad, that he would find the strength to overcome his addiction and return to the loving father and husband he was created to be. Let's also pray for your mom, that she would be filled with wisdom, peace, and the love of Christ as she navigates this challenging time. And for you and your siblings, may you find unity, protection, and healing together. We trust that God is at work, even in the midst of this storm, and we're believing for a miracle in your family. Keep holding on, and remember, you're not alone. We're praying with you, in Jesus' name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
