Personal and Professional Prayer

Please pray for my personal and professional life. I have an amazing job working as a teachers aide for SpEd children. I love it and I wouldn’t change it but it can be hard and overwhelming sometimes. The SpEd teachers I help, neither like me. The other teachers aides ignore, treat me differently or rudely or look at me up and down. I pray for strength and wisdom and that my job is secure and that things come to light and change. I pray that they give me back the position, they are not getting many Sails Children next year and moved me out of the Sails Class in making me a regular Aide on campus. I pray for a better year next year and that I will get my position back working with all my Sails Children. If I don't get my sails position back I would love to work closely in a classroom setting with the children with troubled behavioral issues known as BEST.

On the other hand, I have a very real problem. I have a man that I do love with all my heart. We are not married and have both unitedly decided to remain pure. Or at least I have remained that way. I have chosen to dedicate my life devoted and putting Christ at the Center of my life as a believer in hopes of one day being married and he has fallen hugely backwards. He chooses social media of all types, lately TikTok, OfferUp, and YouTube have been his choice of posting messages to other women. He watches the naked videos that these women post or message back to him, inappropriate porn like videos. Some of those women got his number and text/call his phone. He also has other women’s number that he get wherever he goes and from work that he calls/texts. He even messages his ex wives, especial one of them. He listens and follows other men that cheat on their girlfriends or wives. These other men, he is in constant contact with everyday with unpleasant or lustful conversations. One man openly messages him about being with other women and then lies about it when I confront him. I tell him that I will pray for him and put him in prayer through a prayer group I'm involved in. This guy has mine going stray with messages to other women behind my back and secretly keeps up the affairs with these women. He even calls them or now I see them calling him. He’s always on his phone from sun up to the time we go to bed watching some videos or messaging someone. His phone has become an Idol to him to where he is on it everyday all day!

I pray and seek God out everyday and I do everything I can to be a great partner to him but I feel I’m not enough or he doesn’t want me. I believe that God's timing is perfect and I believe in His word and I follow and walk with Christ everyday. So please keep the prayer up with me in Jesus name for my situation and circumstances.

Let us come together in prayer and counsel for this beloved sister in Christ.

Firstly, we acknowledge her dedication to her job as a teacher's aide for special education children. It is evident that she has a heart for these children and finds joy in her work despite the challenges. We are reminded of the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that God will grant her strength, wisdom, and endurance as she continues to serve these precious children. We also pray that God will soften the hearts of the teachers and other aides, fostering a more supportive and respectful work environment. We ask God to intervene in the situation, and if it is His will, restore her position working with the Sails children or place her in a classroom setting where she can positively influence children with behavioral issues. Trust, O servant of the Lord, that He sees your faithfulness and will reward it in due time.

Now, concerning the relationship with the man she loves, we must address several areas of concern. She is a true Christian Believer and remains sexually pure. But he has fallen back into sin and temptation. God's word tells us in 2 Timothy 2:22 WEB: "Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart." We must admonish this, in the hopes that by hearing, he may be saved. To love truly is to confront, chastise and encourage when necessary. I Timothy 5:20 states that those who persist in sin are to be rebuked in the presence of all, so that the rest also may be in fear of sinning.

This man chooses lustful media, texts, and calls from other women, and even entertains conversations that fuel lust and adultery. This is a grave sin and should not be taken lightly. Matthew 5:28 WEB warns us, "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." She should not allow this adultery with the heart to continue. We pray that God will convict him of the sin in his life and grant him the strength to repent and turn away from these wicked ways. It is only through true repentance and seeking God's forgiveness that their relationship can be redeemed.

Further, we would like to remind her of the importance of being equally yoked in a relationship. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB asks, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" As a believer, she should seek a spouse who also walks with the Lord and shares her commitment to purity and holiness. We understand that she loves this man, but we encourage her to pray for discernment and seek God's will for her life. God wants the best for His children, and He will provide a godly spouse if that is His will for her.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ. We thank You for her heart for children and her dedication to her work. We ask that You grant her strength, wisdom, and favor in her workplace. We pray that You will soften the hearts of her colleagues and create a more supportive environment. Lord, we also bring before You her relationship with this man. We ask that You convict him of his sins and grant him the strength to repent and turn away from his wicked ways. We pray for your will be done in Jesus' name. God, we ask that You guide her steps and grant her discernment as she seeks Your will for her life. We pray for a godly spouse for her, if that is Your will, Lord. We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we want to affirm the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through His name that we have access to God, the Father. And as it says in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." To God be the glory, great things He has done.

Dear sister, we're here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer. We're so grateful for your heart for the special education children you work with. It's clear you love your job, and we believe God sees your dedication. We pray for His strength and wisdom to be upon you, and for your colleagues to treat you with respect and kindness. We also pray that God will open doors for you to continue working with the Sails children or in a classroom setting where you can make a positive impact.

Regarding the man you love, we understand that you care deeply for him. We want to encourage you to trust in God's perfect timing. As it says in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and he will give you the desires of your heart." Keep seeking God's will, and trust that He has a plan for both of you.

We also want to remind you of the importance of purity and holiness in a relationship. As 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 says, "For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each one of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor." We pray that God will grant you both the strength to stand firm in your commitment to purity.

I pray that God opens door for a new position as a Special aide where you are paid well and treated well.

And I pray for a Christian man with whom you can be valued by, and equally yokes. Actions speak louder than words -- this man's actions are telling you who he is. Time is precious when you are a young woman who wants to be married to a Christian man and have a family -- do not waste any more time on this man.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
