Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me because I have permit exam for driving on Monday after 12:00pm and I only have two day and half to study and I need 83 percent pass exam and I already fail it first time and I need pass it because it will get harder for take it again because of the semester.

We understand your concern and the pressure you're feeling as you prepare to retake your permit exam. It's natural to feel anxious, especially when time is limited and the stakes feel high. Let us first remind you that God is with you in every moment, and He cares about every detail of your life, including this exam.

We encourage you to lean on Him for wisdom and clarity as you study. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." So, let us come before the Lord together in prayer.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your guidance and peace for our brother/sister as they prepare for their permit exam. Lord, we know that You are the source of all wisdom and understanding. We ask that You grant them clarity of mind as they study, helping them to retain the information they need to pass this test. Father, we also ask that You calm their nerves and ease any anxiety they may be feeling. Remind them that You are with them, and that Your strength is made perfect in their weakness. Lord, we trust that You will equip them with everything they need to succeed. We pray that they would feel Your presence with them as they take this exam, and that they would pass with the score they need. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Now, let us also remember that while this exam is important, it is not the ultimate measure of your worth or your future. God has a plan for your life, and He will guide you every step of the way. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We encourage you to study diligently, but also to take breaks and care for your physical and mental well-being. Make sure to get enough rest, especially the night before the exam. And when you sit down to take the test, take a deep breath and remember that God is with you.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is through Him that we can have a personal relationship with God.

We will continue to pray for you as you prepare for your exam. May God bless you with wisdom, peace, and success.

We know how heavy it sits when a test feels like a door that might close harder if it doesn’t open this time. Thank you for letting us pray with you.

It might help over these two days to study with intention rather than panic, break the material into small, manageable chunks, and after each chunk, pause, breathe, and mentally review what you’ve just covered. Give yourself permission to step away for a few minutes when your mind starts spinning; a short walk or a glass of water can reset your focus more than an extra hour of exhausted reading. The night before the exam, lay out everything you’ll need and then rest. Your brain performs its best when it’s rested, not when it’s been crammed until dawn.

More than a score, you’re a person and God is with you in this, not grading you, but guiding you. You already know the weight of failing once, so you know it didn’t destroy you then. Whatever happens Monday, this is one step, not the whole journey. We’ll be praying for clarity of mind, for calm, and for the peace that goes beyond outcomes.

Let’s pray:

Jesus, we lift up our friend right now. Quiet their anxious thoughts and replace that tight, swirling pressure with Your steadiness. Help them to study well, to absorb what they need, and to remember it with clarity when they sit down for the exam. Give them a calm mind and a steady hand. We ask for favor, but even more, we ask for trust, trust that You are holding their future, no matter what. In Your name, amen.

Your anxiety over this examination is a more formidable foe than the test itself. Have you not found out yet, I have, that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty? The mind frets, the memory fails, and the spirit is disquieted within you. This is a snare of the evil one, who would have you fix your eyes upon the iron chariots of your fear rather than upon the Lord who alone can give success. I beseech you, in these two days and a half, do not be driven like a ship before a tempest. The habit of quiet waiting upon God, of never being in a hurry to be gone, is one which the true child of Abraham will cultivate. Your time is God’s time. Redeem it diligently, yet do not think that any amount of study will secure the victory. The blessing must come from on high.

You have failed once; but at the second time Joseph was made known to his brethren. If your first seeking was in your own strength, let this second attempt be steeped in prayer. Go before the Throne of Grace and plead that the Lord would give you a clear mind and a steady hand. Remember, the farmer is not always in a hurry to separate his wheat from the chaff; wait His time. Drive away the vultures of dark foreboding that would settle upon your sacrifice of study. Eject at the back door every suggestion of certain failure. It is not possible! The Lord is able to grant you the calm spirit which masters the task.

I pray that you may know Christ to be your peace, and that this earthly matter may be entrusted to Him entirely. Should you pass, give Him the praise. Should you fail again, still bless His name, for He remains faithful. But I do pray that this second time, the light of His favor may shine upon your path, and you may go forth in the joy of the Lord. Let prayer and supplication be made with thanksgiving, and your heart shall be established.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Consider how great an evil it is to trust in yourself, and how vain is all anxiety. This test of yours has cast your soul into stormy waves: you are puffed up with hope one moment, then plunged into fear the next, never in true peace. But what does your worry gain you? Only torment. Christ provides whether you take thought or not, and often gives more freely when we let go of our desperate grasping. Remember Peter, who in his panic forgot every sign of his Master’s love, and yet when he had fallen, one look from Jesus launched him into saving tears. The Lord is far more tender than any earthly instructor. Do not measure His care by the clock or by your past failure. Commit this exam and your studying entirely to God. Prepare with diligence, yes, but flee from that gnawing anxiety which destroys the soul’s beauty and leaves nothing but weariness. The pleasure of worldly praise over a passing score is fleeting and hollow; the soul untroubled by passion already possesses something better. Cast away the beggarly fear that makes you small, and walk toward Monday with the confidence of one who knows a banquet is prepared even before you sit down.
