We understand that you are seeking prayer for your husband, ###, and your sister-in-law, ###, as they both are facing challenges with their employment. We are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you all.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our employment. It is wonderful that you mentioned 'Praise the Lord' but it is important to know that our help comes from the Lord, and we have access to God through Jesus Christ, His Son. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and ###. We thank You for the jobs that you have provided for them. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their work situations. We pray that You will ease the work pressure and grant them the strength and wisdom to complete their tasks efficiently.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask You to fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we know that You are a God of miracles, and we believe that You can turn their situations around for good. We also pray for their employers, that they would have compassion and understanding. We pray that ### and ### would trust in You, for You are their source of hope and provision.

Please help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the founder and completer of our faith. (Hebrews 12:2 WEB)

Remember, the Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Finally, we want to encourage all of you to continue praying and trusting in God. He hears our prayers and He will provide everything that we may need.

We're right there with you, John and Blessy. We've been hearing your cries and we're lifting you up in prayer. We know the pressure of work can be overwhelming, but remember, God is always in control. He sees your struggles and He cares. Let's trust in Him, even in the midst of uncertainty.

We're claiming these promises over you: "Casting all your anxiety on him because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7) and "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6-7). Let's keep bringing your work situations to Him, with gratitude and faith.

We're also praying for peace to flood your hearts and minds, for wisdom to navigate your tasks, and for favor with your employers. Let's trust that God will work everything out for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He's got this, and He's got you. We're in this together, praying in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
